The project covered a full review and redesign of the Renshin website following our rebrand. WeConstruct first audited the existing website against our new brand book, identified visual andstructural inconsistencies, and presented their recommendations before the design phase began.They then redesigned the website to reflect the new brand identity, including updated typography,colours, visual elements, layouts and overall user experience. They also introduced new sections thatwere not part of the previous website and improved the structure of existing content.On the development side, they converted several hardcoded sections into CMS-managed content,allowing our team to update the website independently without relying on a developer. They alsoreviewed key user actions and recommended replacing the language switcher in the main headerwith a "Contact Us" button, to make enquiries more accessible.Key deliverables: the website audit and recommendations, a complete UX/UI redesign,implementation of the new brand guidelines, development of new website sections, CMSimprovements, and updates to key calls to action.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project successfully delivered a fully redesigned website that is now consistent with Renshin'snew brand identity. Several previously hardcoded sections were converted into CMS-managedcontent, which allows our team to make updates internally without relying on a developer. Newsections were also added, and the site structure and key user journeys were improved.One specific improvement was replacing the main header language-switching CTA with a "ContactUs" button, making inquiries more prominent across the website. Overall, the project resulted in amore modern, flexible, and easier-to-manage website that better represents the Renshin brand.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the collaboration.

However, the formulation and handover of a request for visual marketing materials; their specifications, formats, proportions needs improvement. This process would benefit from a more structured flow.

The scope of work included the end-to-end design and development of a custom Digital SAT Math practice platform. We Construct was responsible for building both the frontend and backend of the system, as well as translating complex educational and testing requirements into a functional, scalable product.

Their engagement was crucial for us to succeed as a company. We demonstrated that we were capable of delivering what we were talking about. Based on the work that We Construct did, we were able to gain some trust from the customers.

We Construct has successfully delivered the product on time and to the specification. The website is significantly faster and more performant. It is entirely custom and tailored to our needs. After the launch we have had a significant increase in customers who wanted to get rehabilitation services.

They’ve managed our project excellently. The levels of both communication and organization have been exceptional. We Construct was always available, accommodating our time fully and remaining flexible to our schedule so our time zone differences were not challenging because of their approach.

We relied on Jira for project management. We Construct had a structured workflow, which helped to track their weekly progress. They were also highly responsive, and they immediately resolved any issues that were raised.

They were knowledgeable and upfront about their capabilities. On the design side their approach was based primarily on functionality while being open to customer visual design requirements. They delivered a quality product, and all of the resources we needed were always available.

They are leaders in the field regarding the architecture of the code. We Construct constantly looks at new technologies and architecture, considers new and old principles, and takes pride in being great tech leaders.

We Construct has developed our website in Laravel / PHP. They had done sitemap, wire frames, design, development, QA before making the website live. Each part was divided into milestones and a development timeline was set up. At each milestone we reviewed the work, shared feedback and suggestions with each other. The work was really amazing and we definitely were getting what expecting.

The outcomes of the project were satisfying. We gained a much higher level of bookings and brand awareness and highly positive feedback from the customers. The booking process of our products has become easier and faster. They’ve literally built every piece of our platform, and the quality of their work is striking. We are happy with the results.

The management and communication were at their highest level. The project manager was very professional and the team was well-organized.We used Jira for creating weekly sprints with requirements and timeline for tracking the results. The communication was via Slack, Google Meet and we had weekly meetings.When the development phase started, we reviewed the code in GitHub. Each task was estimated and completed on time.

We were very impressed by their quick integration to the project and willingness to make it modern, up-to-date and to the point. They did their own research to understand our business so they can best develop our work in the way that would be most effective and successful in the area of the market. The company’s motivation and eagerness to keep every part of the development under strict control was very satisfying.
