Watson helped us starting with articulating our brand strategy with visuals to match. They helped us wrap up the ground work we'd laid in the past year of work/research and writing to bring it to the market with the right design execution and messaging just in time for a huge local showcase. It was a tight timeline but they delivered in every aspect. As part of the delivery, they helped create templates for massive amounts of signage types. Also, they helped us organize branded tools to share internally within the organization, including a suite of newly designed resources for employees such as business cards and powerpoint templates.
In our next phase, we took our brand foundation and created personas and channel messaging + brand messaging strategies. In our latest phase, we dove into execution on one piece of the customer journey - the post-purchase experience. Watson researched the ins and outs of our warranty program, including interviews with our team. They designed an entire online experience complete with written and visual content all executed with their partnership, including a brand new newsletter for our homeowners. They did a fantastic job on all three scopes. We couldn't have gotten to where we are today without their help and contribution!

A very successful brand launch and steady growth in our audience since then. A brand that sticks with people and stands out from competitors. Countless hours saved and stress mitigated by having qualified help for the projects at hand especially in the inputs to early shaping of strategy and approach, and also in leaving us the right tool sets to run independently as we need.
An email newsletter with content that garners above-average open rates each time we send it out. Articles that have longer than average read times for the value they provide. Content that is driving people to spend time with our brand. Arguably, the biggest impact is helping us continuously shape our brand and the way that's caused everyone in our organization to believe more and more in what we are doing which is spilling over into ALL aspects of our business. We're really happy to be working with an agency that understands the power of brand.
