WARP has been a long standing partner or ours and we are embarked on an overhaul and visual upgrade of our ecommerce platform.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Long standing relationship - they have custom built our quoting system and our website.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a briefing meeting to review all of our needs and requirements. We then put together a brief pack which included mock ups and a wireframe. The WARP team then put together a development site and once we were all happy with look, feel and functionality we went live.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager and a team of developers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It is still too soon to measure the impact and ROI of the improvements made to the site however our staff absolutely love our new store and we are very happy.

We had frequent stand up meetings with the various stakeholders and we set up a task team on Asana so we could feedback and track daily.
