We used Slack for communication and Trello for task tracking. But, as I know, Wami's team used Scrum as the central methodology.

We are a service provider for educational institutions. Our main product is a messaging and collaboration tool that provides end-to-end encrypted communication for education, universities, faculties, and research.

We have prepared the draft content and design references for the page. On the first call with the team we discussed our mocks, brainstormed and approved ideas for the final designs. Their designer got to work and in a few days presented us with several variants of homepage designs.

We have selected the best design, and then development started. Their team has implemented the entire landing page closely following the approved specifications and style.

We have opted out of daily check-ins because we completely trusted the Wamisoftware team. We agreed on the weekly demo cadence, and the team demoed us the intermediate results every week. The page has been completed within a few weeks. We’ve used Trello for task tracking and Slack for project communication.

It's been a long time since we've worked together, and now they've achieved their goal of building a team of vital specialists. I follow them on social media and I liked their openness and cultural positioning even before we started a project together. Delivering a project together has only reinforced this initial impression.
