Walther Kranz was responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of our side event during Token2049 week in Dubai. The scope of work included strategic event concept development, venue sourcing and management, guest list curation, influencer and media outreach, on-site branding, and content production.

They acted as our local execution partner, managing logistics and aligning every detail with our brand positioning. In addition to the event production, they also secured regional influencers relevant to the Web3 and tech space, coordinated press coverage with top-tier media in both English and Arabic, and ensured our leadership team was positioned effectively for networking and thought leadership.

They’re not just an event or PR agency — they understand the nuances of tech and Web3 ecosystems, and they know how to position a brand meaningfully within that context.

Their ability to activate regional media, mobilize relevant influencers, and align every element of the event with our long-term brand goals was exceptional. It never felt transactional; they operated more like a partner than a service provider.

Also, their multicultural team—spread across Istanbul, Dubai, and Baku—gave them a unique advantage in navigating both local expectations and global standards. That global-local balance made a real difference.

Overall, we were highly satisfied with Walther Kranz’s performance. If there’s one area for potential improvement, it would be to further streamline the real-time feedback loop during the event itself. Given the fast-moving nature of high-profile side events, having a dedicated on-site point of contact solely focused on live adjustments could add even more agility.

That said, this didn’t significantly affect the outcome — their team was highly responsive and managed all challenges with professionalism. It’s more of a refinement suggestion than a criticism.

As an event management agency, we receive PR services from Walther Kranz for our global gaming brand. We had previously received PR support for our fintech and technology brands. Within the scope of this work, Walther Kranz launched our game brand.

In Turkey, it is a little difficult to do PR in the digital field apart from traditional media. Especially after the pandemic, it becomes even more difficult for these agencies as influencers get involved. Walther Kranz found a solution to this problem. With its wide influencer network, it provided impressions on all digital platforms. At the same time, they employ one expat in their body. I think only expat works at Walther Kranz in Turkey. I can say that this makes our job much easier.

We've worked with Walther Kranz for the last 2 years, during which time they've been full of ideas, pragmatic and easy to work with, and delivered really impressive results in terms of positive press coverage, thought leadership reports, website traffic improvements and overall market positioning. They're the best, we wouldn't use anyone else, and I'd recommend them heartily for gaming and fintech PR and marketing support

Game and technology PR is a bit difficult in Turkey. Because there are not many agencies specialized in this field and these channels are not very specific in Turkey. Technology sites can publish game news. Walther Kranz made sure that our newsletters are published in all these Tier 1 channels.

They use big data while making their influencer choices. They presented the target audience characteristics of influencers to us before working. This allowed us to choose the right names.

I was blown away by the knowledge that Walther Kranz had about our industry and our market. We learned much more than we thought possible, and we appreciated that they were patient and thougtful while we struggled to keep up with their creative ideas.

Everything can always be done faster, but we were very satisfied with their work every step of the way. In the end, quality is more important than sped and we ended up with a beatiful launch.
