Shelaine Walz and myself are the Walz Real Estate Group, we are the owners. Our company is located in Red Deer, Alberta, we deal with Commercial, residential, Acreages, Condos, and farmland.

When we started our team, we needed to brand ourselves. We had ideas but needed the expertise of Wade to get us started in the right direction. Our goals were and still are to be the most professional, skilled team in our market.

We researched many different companies, we prefer to stay and support local businesses. Wade was referred to us by another company looking after our website. Wade cam highly recommended and knocked it out of the ballpark for us.

Wade started out by asking questions and listening to us. He took the time to listen, learn about us, the business we are in, how we wanted to be seen and then started drafting ideas. We then started sending ideas back and forth until we were felt we received exactly what we were hoping and looking for.

We worked directly with Wade, whatever we needed, he coordinated on his end. He made the process as easy as possible.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We continue to build on the branding that Wade started for us back in 2018. In 2021, we switched brokerages and had to update our branding. Everytime we reach out to Wade, he makes our business feel important. We know that Wade has grown and branched his business since we first started, yet his personal touch continues to make us feel valued. He continues to listen and to ask questions, alot of questions, all in an attempt to ensure the branding he puts into place for us is in line with what we need to continue to look and be perceived as we want in our market and within our community.

Wade always keeps us in the loop, either by phone, email or text. His timelines are always very reasonable. We like the wade they work, we always feel at ease to push back, make suggestions and to listen to them. They know what they are talking about, hence the reason we never look elsewhere.

I liked their personalized touch, professionalism, and willingness to listen. They also make sure we are totally satisfied before putting the finalized product out.
