Vulnerabilities were found in our corporate site. The test revealed no major vulnerabilities with the main security risk which was our reporting platform. This gives us confidence that sensitive customer data is secure.

Phase II – Internal Penetration Test The Vumetric team will conduct a comprehensive internal penetration test to assess the security posture of the in-scope internal IT systems and network infrastructure.

Vumetric was able to find potential security issue of our web application and internal network, and we are able to fix those issues according to the detailed report. Vumetric also confirmed the fixes.

Our company is looking to obtain government certification as a healthcare application. Vumetric was hired to do penetration testing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Vumetric was selected because they previously conducted similar projects and had a high satisfaction rate among digital healthcare companies for penetration testing.

Vumetric had to perform penetration testing on FrontRx. They first met us to understand the platform. We them shared secure logins and URLs to our application. Then Vumetric performed the tests, wrote a report for our engineers, met with us to discuss the results.

I met with their Cyber Team lead to discuss the projects and findings. Unsure who else worked on the project.

It was referred with us among others and, after an interview, their experience in certification process convince us

They were charged with perform penetrations test in 3 mobile apps (2 Android and 1 iOS) as well an API. They performed a first round of tests and give us a detailed rapport. We fixed some of the vulnerabilities found and they tested them again. Finally, they produce a new rapport and a letter to the certification body.

At least 3. Customer Experience coordinator, , Penetration Tester, and a Senior Security Advisor

They found obvious and not so obvious vulnerabilities, the rapport was very clear, and they further explained them during a meeting and how to address them
