What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since we started using Vulse, we've seen a noticeable uptick across the board. LinkedIn engagement across the team is up roughly 45% compared to before we had the platform in place. The number of employees actively posting has more than doubled, which was the main thing we were trying to solve. We went from maybe 4–5 people posting semi-regularly to around 15 who now post at least once a week. On the lead generation side, it's harder to attribute directly, but we've had a 20%–25% increase in inbound inquiries through LinkedIn since we rolled Vulse out, and several of those have converted into real conversations. The time saving is probably the most tangible metric for me personally. What used to take me 3–4 hours a week managing LinkedIn content across the team now takes about 30 minutes. The main KPIs we keep an eye on are content output, reach, and consistency. Before Vulse, we were putting out maybe 8–10 LinkedIn posts a month across the whole team. Now, we're consistently hitting 50–60, which has had a knock-on effect on our overall brand visibility. Our company page impressions have grown around 60% since we started, and individual team members are seeing their own profile views increase by anywhere from 30%–80% depending on how active they are. We also track the content optimization scores within Vulse itself, and the average score across the team has gone from around 55 to over 75 as people have got used to the platform's recommendations. From a cost perspective, we switched from DSMN8 and cut our spend by about 40% while actually getting more out of the tool. The ROI conversation is pretty straightforward when you can show leadership that kind of saving alongside better output numbers.
