VSDesign was responsible for clarifying the key flow, designing all visual screens, prototyping for testing, and creating the dev handoff documents. They also helps me defined the key user persona and we discussed about the go-to-market strategies. They orgnize everything in Figma, for marketing team to download and for engineer to develop the software.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

VSDesign delivered clean and intuitive design for users to work with, and the prototype helped a lot with my fund-raising pitch.

yes, the project management is awesome. They respond on time and deliver on time. We have a meeting every week, to check their work last week, and. Everyweek they complete the work on-time, and revise the things I asked for on-time.  

VSDesign didn't passively receive the tasks, but they planned the work with my project timeline and priority in mind. They asked me to prioritize the requirements, and they provided the planning of design team, and have meeting with marketing and engineer team to align the timeline. From start to finish, I'm impressed with how well VSDesign collaborated with us. They were very skilled and well-organized.

Awesom design works and product owner mindset.  Take initiative is the most important thing for wokring with a startup like us.

actually i can't think of anything. I got the quality beyond expectations compare to the cost

The UI/UX team provided a comprehensive set of design deliverables, including detailed wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for every step of the user journey, accompanied by clear annotations and explanations. In addition to these deliverables, the team supported us with design work on Wix, ensuring the online presence aligned seamlessly with the overall vision.

The collaboration showed clear, positive outcomes with the team’s detailed design specifications. This made the overall process more efficient and kept the project moving forward without delays. The final product launched on time and was well received internally, praised for its consistency, intuitive design, and polished overall experience.

Their project management was really smooth. Everything was delivered on time, and they always kept us updated so we knew where things stood. Whenever we had a question or needed changes, they were quick to respond and handled our requests with a lot of care and flexibility.

What impressed me most was their ability to see the big picture while still paying close attention to every detail. They approached the work with patience and care, making sure nothing was overlooked, yet always kept the overall vision clear. That balance of strategic thinking and thoughtful execution was truly unique.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the collaboration and don’t have major areas for improvement to point out.

I’m the VP of marketing for Q2BI, a global contract research organization. We provide biometrical and clinical science services for biopharmaceutical drug development, including data management, biostatistics, regulatory submissions, and consulting.

We needed to redesign our website.

VSDesign helped us redesign our website. The main deliverables were Figma files.

We found them through a referral. We chose them over other options because they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in February 2026, and the project ended in March 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

VSDesign has delivered a mood board, a homepage design, all the inner page design files, and mobile version designs. We’ve had internal review meetings and meetings with VSDesign to evaluate the deliverables in each phase. The feedback has been great; people, including internal stakeholders and visitors, love the new website.

How did VSDesign perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done excellent work and always deliver on time. We communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

VSDesign provides professional service, great quality, a fair price, and excellent project management.
