The scope of work involved sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for a Senior DevOps engineer position at LetyShops. VP Team conducted pre-screening interviews to assess candidates’ technical expertise, product-oriented mindset, and alignment with our requirements, such as experience in secrets management, unified CI/CD, identity management, observability, and security. 
They ensured candidates were open to official employment and occasional office visits in Kyiv or Vinnytsia. Key deliverables included: 

• Detailed candidate profiles with summaries and CVs post pre-screening.
• Coordination of hiring manager (HM) interviews, technical interviews, and culture fit interviews with our CEO.
• Timely updates on candidate statuses and feedback in the PeopleForce system.
• Market insights, such as salary reports and candidate motivation trends (e.g., 4 February 2025, salary report shared). 

VP Team handled the entire recruitment process efficiently, from initial consultations to final candidate presentations, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for us. They also addressed challenges, such as candidates’ concerns about official employment due to mobilization risks, by providing clear communication and aligning expectations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The key measurable outcome was the successful hiring a Senior DevOps engineer. VP Team screened multiple candidates (e.g., four pre-screens by 2 May 2024) and ensured a streamlined process, resulting in a candidate who met our technical and cultural requirements. The process was completed within three months, demonstrating efficiency.

VP Team’s project management was highly effective, with timely delivery of candidate profiles, interview scheduling, and feedback. They were responsive to our needs, promptly addressing issues like system errors in PeopleForce.

Nothing comes to my mind, really. Maybe fixed pricing alongside the default model, but it's really uncommon on the market right now.
