I’m a senior product manager at Sipay, an innovative fintech company that provides businesses and individuals with a platform to manage all their financial operations and access a wide range of secure, fast, and user-friendly payment solutions from a single point.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with VOYA Digital?

We needed support with the redesign of our platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

VOYA Digital is currently conducting and leading the redesign of the whole commercial part of the Sipay app, including A/B testing, analyzing UX experiences and flows, and recreating them as seamless experiences. The team is also conducting benchmarking and establishing new, consistent, and user-friendly UI components.
VOYA Digital leads the whole app redesign project, including restructuring UX flows from the beginning. After completing this process, the team will finish the design work of new UIs as an interconnected design. The team has delivered wireframes, conducted benchmarking, and created prototypes and UI screens.

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from VOYA Digital.

We started working together in February 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

VOYA Digital has completed the whole UI design and currently reached significant progression through the UX flow outcomes. The new design is user-friendly and has decreased the burden of action buttons and useless screens. We’ll start A/B testing soon.

How did VOYA Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

VOYA Digital delivers on time. We communicate via in-person and virtual meetings.
