Are there any areas for improvement or something Voost could have done differently?

Overall, I was very satisfied with Voost.io’s work. If there’s one area they could improve, it would be providing even more detailed documentation of the processes they built, so my internal team could reference and train new hires more easily without needing to revisit past conversations. That said, this was a minor point, the impact of their strategy and the responsiveness of Val and her team far outweighed it.
