Our system became more advanced, with way more wide functionality, more comfortable to use and optimized, so it doesn't take a lot of resources to run. Also we have less manual work now, so there are less mistakes and faster task estimation if we are talking about reports or analytics. It is cheaper for us to support all our systems now.

Communication is the key for them - you can contact them almost 24/7 and they usually respond. Fast and in-time estimation, The longest delay was 3 days and we were warned a week before, that these tasks will take a bit more than estimated previously.
