Delivery was timely within the agreed cadence, with any delays mainly driven by difficulties reaching the right contacts rather than lack of activity from VSL

The chief metric is the percentage of conversations with business owners that lead to a follow up meting with STAT directly.

I can't fault their project management.  Information is regularly updated by email and thorough in it's detail.    It is therefore very rare that we need to ask them for something as it has already been provided.  In the rare occasion that we do, it is quickly provided.

Ben from VSL handles our account and he does a brilliant job. He reaches out to data we provide, from event attendees through to content downloaded content from our website, and potential customers from databases that fit our ICP.

Ben has consistently demonstrated exceptional skill and diligence. He introduces them to Cirrus, gets to know their business needs, and figures out if there's a way we can work together. Since inception, he's made 3143 calls and had 564 conversations. From those he booked 12 meetings and uncovered 24 future opportunities. Plus, he's had 406 other conversations that helped us refine our approach.

Virtual Sales has met our deadlines and stayed on budget. Moreover, their communication is great; Andy and his team are very responsive, collaborative, flexible, and great communicators. We communicate mainly via email, although we use the phone sometimes.

Having worked with similar companies in the past, I can say that Virtual Sales has well-established processes; they know what they’re doing. They’ve been doing their work for a long time, so they have best practices worked out, as well as the right structure to be able to deliver results.

There’s nothing Virtual Sales could improve on.

Come prepared with a thorough understanding of your business and ensure that you have all the information you need to provide them so that they can set you up for success. Additionally, have realistic expectations for this kind of service. If you hire an internal salesperson, you don’t expect hundreds of leads per month, so don’t expect it from an outsourced agency. The fact that they’re good at their work doesn’t mean they can work magic.
