I am the CEO of SYS Monaco. Our company specialised in Visual Marketing strategy and tools.

We needed to create an interactive Virtual reality showroom for a Design architech client. The goal was to create a virtual reality simulation of a livingroom renovation project where some design element could be changed in live.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We work with the vendor for many year because they provide the best VR simulations render and processes, highly reliable and innovative.

They creared a web-base vr app that allowed our client to design and arrange their living space using a set of 3D furniture models. Our client did submit their interior design, and 3D elements and they created the VR model with the possibility change some design element in live.

They were a project manager and a unity developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our client can now show the VR render and allowed his client to made live changes to some design element. Together they can made faster and better design renovation decision and save time amd money.

It was a seemless process with weekly meeting and update. Their team was extremely reactive to our needs and often anticipated issues. Great communication throughout the project and on time delivery.

Their efficacity, great communication and amazing VR solution.

Hello we are public limited company on both main exchanges in Indian stock markets in the CEO At Nila Spaces Limited we are inspired by the future to deliver homes which elevate lifestyles and which create sustainable places with unique designs.

For what projects/services did your company hire VirtSpaces Pvt. Ltd., and what were your goals?

Being inspired by the future meant that we had to brace proptech and we hired services from virtspaces to make the VR experiences on the oculus quest 2 for our various units on offer at our symbolic project at GIfT city which is a notified IFSC zone and special economic zone near Ahmedabad city.

Our goals were to create a hyper real experience for consumers to experience how the houses will look and customise to some extent to their choice giving them better imagination of their future house. The other challenge we had at hand is logistical challenge of creating sample units on ground at the project site since there is a lot of massing issues construction on the land parcel.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We came across virtspaces through a common contact and further engaged to understand more about their work. I would say Hemanth and his team and their motivation to make meaningful changes in proptech and their ability to deliver quality product in an aggressive timeline was one of the most important deciding factors.

As I have answered before we hired their services to make VR experiences on the oculus quest 2 for our residential units. We are very happy with the product they have delivered and we are in engagement for a larger scope of creating our unique sky park we have on the project to be able to be experienced on a VR.

What were the terms and the value of the lease, and what percentage did VirtSpaces Pvt. Ltd. take in commission?

Terms of lease are single we were quoted per sq ft charges for our sample units and we derived a mutually agreeable value based on that.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Well personally we have had maximum interaction with mr Hemanth on this and he was all through in our communication which I’m sure his support team which did a fabulous job in delivering the results before the agreed timeline. Which we were pleasantly surprised with.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the engagement or general feedback about the services?

Well we have just started using the product and showcasing it to our prospective clients so we don’t have a lot of data but general feedback from all initial experiences have been very positive.

I would say highly professional time sensitive and very proactive

I think the quality of experience they have delivered in a timeline which pleasantly surprised us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, the entire experience has been very professional, and we are quite satisfied with the work and timelines. I can’t think of anything which can be done better. We are talking larger engagement with them and wanting to bring in new experiences for the consumers which will be interesting.
