Vintti is responsible for sourcing, vetting, and providing finance talent who integrate into our day-to-day workflows and operate as an extension of our internal team.

The engagement with Vintti resulted in several measurable outcomes that demonstrate progress and success. We were able to fill finance roles more quickly than through traditional hiring, reducing time-to-fill and minimizing gaps in coverage. Staffing capacity increased without adding internal HR or payroll complexity, allowing the finance team to maintain consistent throughput as workload scaled.

Operationally, the added staffing support helped stabilize month-end close timelines, improve task completion rates, and reduce backlogs in day-to-day accounting work. We also saw improved continuity and reliability in finance operations, with less disruption from turnover or short-term capacity constraints. Overall, the partnership delivered predictable, scalable finance staffing that supported ongoing operational execution and business growth.

We needed a vendor to help us look for talent. The vendor assisted in turning our requirements into a job description as well as obtained a list of candidates that met those requirements to interview and finally hire.

We hired one candidate and if all goes according to plan, we are looking at turning to Vintti again 2026 for additional headcount. The search took less than one month from beginning to end and the cost was approximately 50% less.

Vintti understands talent acquistion. They provide a timeline when you have a consultation with them and they were always available when I had a question or provided additional requirements. The quick turnaround was very much appreciated.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The engagement and expertise sold me. I had a list of about 10 companies that I wanted to explore. I narrowed it down to three. One company advertised AI to match you with talent but I found their matching was wildly inaccurate based on my needs. Another company had a great list of clients but their engagement was very distant. I felt like I walked into an electronic store wanting to buy a computer and not knowing the differences. Instead of explaining the differences, the shop clerk tells me that if I need anything, they are available. With Vintti, it was like walking into a shop and the clerk was showing me the different computer models, and explaining the differences.

They are always open to my requirements, so I feel they are operating optimally.

Yes-- Vintti was very responsive. Sometimes they were too responsive and would send too many follow-up emails, but this is preferred to lacking communication.

They were successful in finding quality applicants at a fraction of the cost that we'd pay through other recruiting services. They have a fantastic business model, which incentivizes them to provide effective hires-- they only get paid as long as the hire remains with the company. They are great communicators and I feel the people that work at Vintti are trustworthy and would help me with any problems we face in a fair manner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Vintti could have done differently?

Perhaps a more official process for ensuring hires are performing as expected. At the beginning of the hiring process, I believe they checked in monthly which was not very effective because during this time the hire is just getting up to speed with our company/the role. But if there was an organized process for ensuring hires are performing as expected (with proven plans of action if issues arise)-- that would be great. Again, monthly check-ins are too frequent at the start of a hire, but quarterly check-ins might make more sense.

The primary goal of the BDR function with Ventti is to create a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects aligned with Xiid’s target markets in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and infrastructure. Beyond booking meetings, BDRs must effectively communicate Xiid’s unique value proposition, particularly its Zero Knowledge Networking and SealedTunnel differentiators while gathering meaningful intelligence to enrich the CRM data and improve opportunity conversion. Their success is measured by both activity and quality metrics, including conversion rates, message accuracy, and AE satisfaction. Strategically, the program aims to build a scalable, data-driven outbound motion, refine market messaging through real-time feedback, and establish the foundation for Xiid’s continued expansion of the BDR and marketing programs.

We implemented a new CRM platform, HubSpot and integrated LinkedIn Sales Navagator and Apollo.AI as a foundational system.  Vintti's team showed great knowledge and enthusiasm in this early stage of building out a scalable Business Development Representative team and program.  We are now generating meaningful pipelines, moving into Proof of Concepts and driving interest to our website.

Growing firm needed analyst level talent to build and maintain financial models. The cost of an equivalent resource in Canada or the US was very high. I asked Vintti to source me invesmtent / analytical talent at a price point that works for a growing and early stage business like mine.

High quality screened candidates, understood my needs, and felt no pressure to hire. Very straightforward process handled delivering the team members' laptop and helped seamlessly with reference checks given Spanish is not my first language. Accomodated my need for video submissions from candidates and understood the cultural pace of a Canadian/US team to ensure candidates were up for the challenge.

Very responsive to emails/calls, turn arounded candidates in a reasonable time frame, able to adjust/refine to my very direct feedback without hesitation. I got great pushback when my expectations were not realistic allowing us to work through options so that expectations are met.
