Great project management, had a clear JIRA backlog which was updated every day and had stand-ups each day to go through tickets, unblock items. Also had some in person workshops with Project Lead (Anastasia was great!) who advised us on best practice. They were very responsive and adaptable to our needs.
Also they were very transparent about budget throughout the project which was super important to us

Overall, they have a very positive mindset of getting stuff done and done on time. Also very in to receiving feedback as well 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Vimera could have done differently?

Demo's were sometimes a bit too long or a bit confusing to watch, I would recommend trying to keep it more business requirement focused. Maybe do videos rather than a live demo and then do a call if there are any comments.

Vimera took the time to understand our specific needs during a comprehensive discovery period. We were searching for a Salesforce Consultant who could perform a SF analysis, conduct an org clean up, implement needed automations and flows and conduct a CPQ PDF generator fix.

Vimera provided a detailed SOW with milestones and regular check ins. The project was completed on time and all mutually agreed upon deliverables were completed.

Our Salesforce Developer was very knowledgable, patient and served as not only a developer but a mentor to our team giving us short term and long term suggestions and guidance.  The whole Vimera team worked with our contact and managed the project together. Vimera gave us confidence that we had made the right choice. The project was completed on time and should we need additional assistance, Vimera will continue to be our partner of choice.

The scope of the work involved developing Salesforce features for our Employee app, Customer app, and web page, as well as a scheduling and dispatch system within Salesforce. The project steps involved evaluating our current Salesforce setup, developing Salesforce features, and integrating them into our existing processes.

Vimera's project management style is very organized and professional. We communicate over Slack, Teams, and Jira which we use at Hemfrid. They have adapted well to this.

I'm impressed with the hard and soft skills of the senior developers and team leads. Very professional.

The cooperation with Vimera has been mostly pain-free, and we continue working on several projects. When we did encounter any issues, we were able to work together to find the best team setup that works for us. Overall, there is nothing that we would have wanted to be done differently.
