My website was delivered in a poor state with so many technical errors. In the contract 1 month SEO was promised but nothing was done. Maybe if the SEO was done, a lot of the issues would have been resolved.

They were quick to responding at first, but then things started getting slower and slower

Our goal was to complete the project by Week 1, get our first sale within Week 2, and break even on costs by the end of Month 2. Then we needed weekly updates and monthly sales numbers.

We found them through a freelancer website after interviewing various clients.

They set up a Shopify store from A to Z, including the full design, plug-ins, functionality, ad management, order management, customer service, and ongoing support. It was roughly $2,000 for the store setup and an ongoing $250–$500 monthly store maintenance fee.

They had excellent speed, quality, and communication. They were always answering questions and solving problems.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very effective. We communicated almost daily on Skype.

Their completion speed, ability to adapt and solve problems, and open communication were impressive.

They need to improve their ability to convert sales faster, but that’s all in the learning process.
