What challenge were you trying to address with Victorious PR?

We hired Victorious PR because we had been growing at a rapid rate and had a lot of exciting news to share. Thus, we wanted to leverage a PR agency to help us navigate those areas in the media to get our messaging out there.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, Victorious PR walked us through how they structured their offerings, which included article placements, podcasts, and other various PR channels. From there, we honed in on article placements due to the messaging we wanted to promote and our desire to reach a broader audience.

After the scoping process, we did a brand introduction process, where we got to know Victorious PR's team, and they got to know our brand. We were able to exchange information and get a mutual understanding of how we could amplify our brand. Then, we began creating our goals and working together on the content that fit our branding. After that, Victorious PR worked to promote our brand.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2023, and our relationship is ongoing. However, due to shifting priorities within our organization, we're working on ending the relationship by the end of April 2024. This decision isn't related to their performance or the outcomes of the partnership; we're just focusing on other areas now.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to Victorious PR's article placement, we saw that our reach was growing, allowing us to find new ways to promote our events and services. However, we haven't been able to track back our brand awareness into concrete sales metrics. As for qualitative feedback, Victorious PR offered great quality work. They really did their due diligence to connect with our brand and learn about our industry.

How did Victorious PR perform from a project management standpoint?

Victorious PR stayed on budget and met all of our deadlines. Moreover, they were very prompt and offered a great service overall. As for communication, we communicated via emails and monthly meetings. We established various touchpoints to keep our business moving forward and keep content being created and approved. Their team was well-organized and communicative throughout the process.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Both account executives were absolutely phenomenal. They partnered together for content creation and communication with us, and they were very prompt and professional. Moreover, their level of knowledge base of our brand and the ways we connect to our consumers was very apparent in the way articles were crafted and positioned. Their work was absolutely phenomenal.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive asset was the connection Victorious PR had with our brand. The way they were able to integrate themselves into our business and translate their findings into articles was really impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was nothing Victorious PR could improve on.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Leverage their expertise and trust in the care they provide and the way they'll direct you. The more you let Victorious PR in, the more they can navigate that playing field for you. they're great partners, but a partnership goes both ways, so invest in them as much as they invest in you.

I’m the CEO of Chronicle Home, a furniture manufacturing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Victorious PR?
Our main challenge was that we were a small firm with a global presence. We had orders from other countries, and it was challenging to get good press and exposure when using only regional PR firms. We had to attend global sales events, and it was hard to differentiate ourselves without having a presence in the news or Google. This was where Victorious PR helped us expand our reach. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?
We had at least five interviews with Victorious PR before we started the process. They kept asking me if we were ready, and they recorded everything during that time. They recorded the story of how the company started; there was a lot of documentation. They also looked into our book and everything we’d ever published.
 
The team has since used all of those in the stories they’ve written for magazines. We’re currently getting started on podcast creation, and we have yet to go to our first big sales event.
What is the team composition?
We’ve mainly worked with Natalie (Brand Strategist & EIC) and Aleksandra (PR Representative). I’ve had contact with their payment processing person. There have also been two other teammates in our strategy call. That’s a total of five teammates, but I only talk to two of them on an ongoing basis.
How did you come to work with Victorious PR?
I was in a New York City furniture fair, and I might have met somebody from there. Shortly thereafter, I received a text asking if I wanted to establish myself as an expert. I responded with a “yes” just to see if the sender was human. Victorious PR recorded it and got back to me. That was the start of our engagement.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested around $15,000 for three months. The monthly cost thereafter can vary, but it’s usually between $5,000–$7,000 per month.
What is the status of this engagement?
We officially started the engagement in August 2023, but we were talking to them for about six months before that. The partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ll truly find out the results when we go to our first big fair for sales and marketing in Abu Dhabi. Meanwhile, I’ve aimed to gain exposure to journals and publications, and Victorious PR has guaranteed top-tier publications for us. We’ve secured such publications within a week or two, and we’re still getting them now. Our company has gained exposure from the articles they’ve published, and more than 300 syndicated news stations have picked up our stories. This is more than I expected.
How did Victorious PR perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management approach is one of the most incredible things about them. They don’t ask me for more money, and they’re always waiting on me; I never have to wait for them. They put out an article and ask me for feedback, and I sometimes take 3–4 days to do it. However, as soon as I get back to them, they have news sources lined up, just waiting for me to finish. Sometimes, they have to wait for a week or so.
 
Overall, they’re highly time-efficient and deliver more than they promise.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Natalie and Aleksandra have been great. Aleksandra is near me in Europe, and she does a lot of groundwork effectively. Meanwhile, Natalie truly understands us, our story, where we come from, and where we want to go. She listens to us, and that’s rare.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t any. I once asked them to help me with a certain event application, and they told me they didn’t do those events anymore. I understand the reason: it was a professional event and not a sales event. Some of the people they’d assigned to one such event were focused on making sales and not on establishing someone in their field. It was a disservice to the event. Overall, my opinion of this was positive. In the end, I simply asked them to at least give me some advice.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be ready for Victorious PR’s momentum. They go fast — the team starts working for you, and you’re suddenly in the news. Be prepared for that, and decide how you want to use it. If you’re not ready for that, don’t start. On top of that, keep track of their progress. There’s so much that they can get for you. In my case, I feel like I haven’t used what they’ve given me as much as I can. I need to dig into what they’ve given me and use all those links to pass it on to people.

Victorious PR improved our company’s SEO, so when individuals searched for us, they could see the articles published about us. I noticed an improvement in our prospects during sales calls. Those prospects were more aware of who we were and what we did, which helped our sales conversions. Meanwhile, the team members were great, friendly, polite, and professional. 

How did Victorious PR perform from a project management standpoint?

They managed the engagement truly well, and their resources were responsive. For tools, we used Zoom, Google Documents, Google Drive, and phone calls. They also gave us status updates throughout the collaboration. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were the first PR firm we used, so I couldn’t say.

No, there weren’t any. They did a great job for the most part. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be prepared with the type of content that you want to be published. For instance, if you want to publish an article, it would be a good idea to write drafts of the article. That preparation would be truly helpful.

Victorious PR’s team understood the importance of my company’s mission and knew it needed to be heard. They found the appropriate media channels that ended up being a perfect fit. I was interviewed by persons that cared about my company’s mission. 

The articles Victorious PR wrote were beyond my expectations. What Victorious PR delivered in the months we worked together elevated my brand more than what other companies created in the previous months of the year. Victorious PR pushed me to make important decisions about my practice. 

Moreover, I increased my social media followers and overall engagement. Working with Victorious PR helped me find new confidence and understanding of my brand’s mission. They helped me convey my company’s mission to a broader audience. 

Everything Victorious PR promised to deliver, they did with professionalism and precision. Victorious PR is an elite PR firm that offers high-quality service. I enjoyed working with them and look forward to working with them again in the future. As of now, there are some adjustments I need to make before working with them again. 

How did Victorious PR perform from a project management standpoint?

Victorious PR responded to my emails almost immediately. We worked great together, and Victorious PR helped us make our time efficient. They sent me a PR tracker, and we also communicated through email and monthly Zoom calls.

We initially had a three-month contract, and even though Victorious PR didn’t meet the original 90 days, they stayed diligent and never squandered their mission. Victorious PR worked until they delivered what they promised. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was most impressed by how seriously Victorious PR takes their clients.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish they had found live events for me as part of our PR strategy — either a conference or panel would’ve been great. I wish Victorious PR could expand their service offer to include live events.

I recommend being conscious about conscious and respecting the set timelines. Respond to their emails promptly because time is money, and if you waste time, you’re wasting your money. If you have a problem, speak straight up with Victorious PR, and that will be the best way to resolve it.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Although I didn’t have quantitative metrics for this project, Victorious PR didn’t meet my expectations. My main goal was to create brand awareness and improve my Google search results. The podcasts they selected weren’t that great since they were free placements; I could’ve contacted those platforms.

I ended up working with another PR agency that offered me better media coverage. I realized PR is about connections and networking, and the new agency got me published in bigger publications for the same amount of money. 

Another thing I’ve noticed with this new agency is that every article they write about my company is different. Whereas the articles Victorious PR published were the same; they had the same content and copy. 

Now that I’ve worked with multiple PR agencies, I can say Victorious PR didn’t provide the expected value for the money I paid. The price was too high for what they delivered, and the results didn’t address my specific pain points.

How did Victorious PR perform from a project management standpoint?

Victorious PR was responsive and met deadlines — I didn’t have any issues on that end. Victorious PR used a Microsoft Excel file where they tracked the project’s progress, and they also sent me videos they recorded on Loom. 

Is there anything that Victorious PR did well or that you would consider a strength?

Victorious PR’s customer service was on point. Cory’s team was great. 

In what specific areas can they improve?

In the initial calls with Victorious PR’s sales representative, they were vague about some aspects of our engagement. For example, they said they would place our brand in some media outlets but didn’t specify which ones. I was inexperienced and didn’t ask detailed questions. 

When I started working with the other agency, they were straight up about their offer and told me the publications and outlets where they’d publish my company. I knew since the beginning what I was paying for. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend implementing a PR strategy when you already have a sustainable and successful company. You really need to have sufficient cash flow and client acquisition in order to justify the PR budget.

I was having issues getting my story picked up by local publications and podcasts, so I needed a company that could handle my PR needs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

When I came on board, Victorious PR assigned a specific sales representative to help me review what I was looking for in a PR company. From that, they took some initial notes and went back to Victoria (CEO) and her team, who then came up with a plan involving a bunch of different magazines, podcasts, and publications that they felt we could get picked up in. 

After that, I agreed to sign on with them for a six-month engagement. They then gave me a detailed tracker as to when they were going to accomplish their goals, and then they proceeded to set out to accomplish each of those goals. They did a great job — they were able to help get me out in front of different publications, podcasts, and magazines since I started working with them.

I saw an increase in my website views from each of the times that I did podcasts and each of the times that each of the different publications I was featured in came out. I’ve also been able to watch the number of people visiting my website and subsequently submitting their information for quotes increase through my Google Analytics.

Victorious PR was very hands-on throughout the engagement; they were quick to text me and help facilitate or reschedule any appointments that I was supposed to be at in case anything came up. 

Overall, the experience was very good, and I’d definitely consider hiring them again for additional services in the future.

Victorious PR performed well in terms of project management. They definitely hit all of their deadlines and goals. They used a PR tracker to track each of the different goals that we had. We went through that tracker quite often, and it worked well in terms of making sure that we were hitting all the marks that we were trying to hit.

Victorious PR works to get us featured on top publications and produced hundreds of articles for our press releases. They include us in various types of media such as podcasts. They diversify our PR profile and work to make us an authority in our niche.

They’ve presented us with a 90-day PR kit. The team has given us a bunch of articles, such as authority articles where we share tips about our niche. Then, they create press releases for us that essentially talk about our company, presenting what we’re up to with the world. 

On top of that, they’ve written profile pieces that share a bit about who I am and my story. The team has gifted me with a big poster that has my picture and the articles that feature me. It serves as a reminder of all the things our company has accomplished. I showcase it with the clients I’m meeting on Zoom.

My main point of contact is Madelyn (PR Manager), who is my account manager. Victoria (CEO) has onboarded me and assigned Madelyn to me. Apart from them, three writers and editors work on my pieces. As a result, even though I only work directly with the account manager, I know there’s a team of people that produces the deliverables for me.

I was doing research on different PR firms, and I found Victorious PR on social media. I interviewed them to see if they were a good fit for our needs. We decided to move forward with the engagement from there.

Our engagement started in February 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

Victorious PR has fulfilled what they have to do for us. They’ve published the articles they’ve promised to publish — our contract is essentially being completed. 

How did Victorious PR perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is great because they have a system where they show us exactly what’s being completed. It's easy to figure out how things are going. There isn’t any guesswork, and my point of contact is able to troubleshoot any issues I have. If I need to revise or change anything, Madelyn sends out the articles to the editors or writers. Simply put, she makes sure that I’m happy every step of the way. I can always go to her and she’ll figure things out.

In terms of tools, Victorious PR uses Google Documents while we review articles to make sure they’re good. I give them pictures and files that they may need as we communicate back and forth. The team then gives me weekly updates to ensure we’re on track. We use a PR tracker so that we understand our progress. To communicate, we use emails and Loom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Not only do they have great connections with big-name publications; they also do well in their relationships with their clients. I feel that I’m truly valued — if things aren’t going the way I want them to, Victorious PR listens to me. Victoria herself never makes it seem like I can’t reach out to her just because she’s assigned an account manager to me. She’s supportive and listens to everything I have to say.

No, there aren’t any.

You get what you pay for in the sense that if you’re not ready to invest in becoming number one in your niche, then Victorious PR may not be for you. They’re a top-tier PR firm, and they give you what they promise. In short, be ready to invest if you want to be on top.

Our business was working with clients whose net worth exceed $367M and we wanted exposure so we could be the #1 authority on our niche.

How did you select this vendor?

I’ve worked with their representative, Yahya. Because of his trusted voice, we worked through the proposal together.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

We began with a brand call and discovery call. They heard our brand story, then was able to create several press releases that were published within the first week. By week 6 of the campaign, I was already across hundreds of publications along with getting booked for podcasts.

I worked directly with their CEO in the first call and since then, I’ve worked with their account manager, and their assigned writer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with them, our traffic to our website has increased at least 93% in the first 2 weeks without adding any improvements to SEO.

After the initial call, I communicate with the Account Manager via email mainly and I add the finishing touches to the articles they write via Google Docs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are really good at what they do. They don’t need consistent contact to properly communicate your voice. They truly do come through with exactly they offer!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Just for future clients, that their first Brand Strategy call would include the brand recommendations we were able to receive in Week 5 of the campaign. If they provide this in the beginning for every client, it would truly take their service to a higher quality.

I’m the CEO of two companies: an aviation company and an organ transplant organization. The first caters to corporate charters, and then we provide jets, helicopters, and ground transportation to organ transplant efforts.

They helped us get our message out around the country on social media. This wasn’t a typical campaign for us, as we normally just market our name, but here Victorious highlighted our true mission statement so people can find it when they look us up.

In addition to social media marketing, they also drafted and sent out press releases and wrote articles for online publications. They also got us onto television and a few podcasts.

This is hard to say, but we’ve certainly increased the reach of our operators by about 40%, as well as our overall client base. We feel very accomplished. Victorious told us what they would do for us and delivered exactly as promised

How did Victorious PR perform from a project management standpoint?

They worked exactly as promised. Everything was on time. We collaborated over GitHub, email, and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

After our term was up — we engaged them just for six months — they referred us to another company who is continuing the marketing work. They didn’t get anything for doing that; they just didn’t want us to be stranded. We wanted to switch up what we were doing, and it speaks a lot of Victorious PR’s ethics that they helped us find another provider.
