I’m the director of operations at a general contracting company. We’re a team of realtors that make property upgrades to sell them with no upfront cost.

We wanted to create brand awareness for our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

At first, we provided them the information they needed. After that, they wrote articles for us and publish them in local and national media like ABC, Fox News, Forbes, and female-related publications. They were also capable of getting us into the Las Vegas Review Journal and scheduled podcasts with some of the bigger players in the real estate industry.

We worked exclusively with Christina (Project Manager); she was phenomenal.

How did you come to work with Victorious PR?

They were on a podcast I was listening to. We chose them because I liked what she said, and we’re both Las Vegas local companies.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $10,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August 2020–April 2021. The project is on a pause right now because they got us so much attention that we haven’t capitalized on yet. We’ll probably continue once we make a few more inroads on our end.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They got us into an incredible Las Vegas Review Journal publication, which has people talking about our company and finding us in the paper — it was an incredible help for our business.

How did Victorious PR perform from a project management standpoint?

We mainly communicated via email, which ended up being the easiest way for everyone. I think they also use Slack and other ways of communication, but emails worked best for everyone involved in this project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was blown away by the communication, the follow-up, and the speed at which they do everything. We did the entirety of the engagement remotely, and they did a fantastic job. I can’t argue with the quality and the timeliness of the work delivered — they did everything they said they were going to do. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

People sometimes don’t know how to handle brand awareness once they get it. I’m sure that a follow-up program to help capitalize on the attention they get to the businesses will catapult them even further. 

Any advice for potential customers?

If you have the resources and the ability to follow through, they’ll deliver on everything. I recommend taking the opportunity in a heartbeat.

I am the CEO of R2G Digital, and Ecommerce Performance Marketing Agency helping brands grow their online acquisition efforts through paid media, email and Amazon.

We hired Victoria and her team to launch us in the world of PR. We set a goal to be published in over 12 mediums. We also wanted to have our brand shown in a variety of different angles, including profile pieces, press releases, and in-depth reviews.

We have gone through a rigorous onboarding process that included a couple of meetings solely dedicated to dig deep into my and the company's mission, values, story and future aspirations.

Once this was done, Victoria and her team began to formulate our 12 step strategy that allowed us to see the entirity of the project as a whole. Not only did they overdeliver in service and preparation, but they also managed to land us on sites we could only dream about before (eg. Yahoo Finance)

Victoria worked with us personally as well as Aleksandra, our main account manager. While she was our main POC, we were made aware that there are several more people involved in the process, from copywriters to other specialists.

Right from the beginning, we have seen a tremendous amount of success from Victorious PR. We got published on Yahoo Finance as well as several other outlets including some regional channels/sites and FOX.

Very professional, highly focused on the customer and their needs, deadlines were kept, change requests were taken care of quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have developed a very unique approach to PR. Their system allows brands like ours to grow our presence gradually (vs just buying spots on a bunch of websites/newspapers) I loved how professional they were and loved how well oiled their communication/client management system was.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing I can mention is that sometimes we got published on sites without any prior knowledge. This is a "good problem to have" but we also would need to get our site ready for extra traffic every time a bigger outlet picked up our story. Sometimes it resulted in us having to do quick changes to our site/forms..etc

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Victorious PR succeeded in helping us popularize our brand by getting more people to visit our website. The materials they created were informative and engaging — we definitely achieved the rapport we were aiming for.

There aren’t many metrics yet since we just finished the project, but Victorious PR helped us make our customers realize that we’re a legitimate company. It’s harder for us to get leads in our industry, but we were happy with everything their team delivered.

We mainly communicated through email and Trello. Christina made sure that everything was thorough and organized.

Victoria was a great salesperson who helped us meet our business goals by representing our brand. Their team was just on top of their game.

Got whipped in with a cheap monthly option newsletter, then they sold me on a 8,000/yr product which I didn't mind paying when they told me all the wonderful things a salesperson will tell you and a month into it I realized it was not a fit for me because I was mainly doing it to work hard for the blue check but now the figure can be bought.

First and foremost, it is essential to establish the accurate nature of our engagement. You purchased our Do-It-Yourself PR course, which is specifically designed for you and your virtual assistant (VA) to learn how to handle PR effectively. This course does not include any PR services from our end, such as writing a monthly newsletter or securing a verified blue check on Twitter. We do not offer these services, and we have concrete evidence to support this fact, including a signed contract from you explicitly stating the scope of your purchase.

Throughout your engagement with us, we made genuine efforts to assist you and ensure your satisfaction. We provided you with a clear onboarding session, access to private learning modules and journalist contacts, our proprietary PR workspace, and offered group coaching sessions, which your VA did not attend. As a Do-It-Yourself service, you must do the work yourself, we cannot be held responsible if you fail in doing so.

PR is a long-term strategy that requires persistence and consistent implementation to yield significant outcomes. It is important to manage expectations and recognize that tangible progress in PR often takes time to materialize.

We are sorry you did not do the work to see the results of PR. However, we acted in good faith and followed our contractual obligations.
