Please describe your company and your position there.

Thanks to a mobile mapping system, we are a technology company that supports digital transformation in public administration units and enterprises. I am the COO responsible for marketing campaigns using digital out-of-home solutions

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Veturai Sp z o.o., and what were your goals?

Encouraging hundreds of thousands of Warsaw residents residing in the city space to watch the next episode of the series. Evoking the effect of real emotions: the car of the emergency services on the signal - a reference to the series. Correlation of the real situation with the TV image. The commercial of the series was broadcast on an interactive LED curtain when emergency services were detected in front of the screen of the car on the signal. The campaign generated over 5.6 million contacts in the target group.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

As part of cooperation with Veturai, an advertisement for the Chicago fire series, FOX television was created. It was displayed on an outdoor multimedia screen hanging in a shopping center in Warsaw. Veturai prepared computer vision and AI software that analyzed the screen's surroundings and detected emergency vehicles running on a signal.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Veturai's approach is very transparent. They suggested the shape of the project, which we discussed and improved together, to focus the verification on the aspects and features that were most important to us. They delivered regular work progress. The process was very professional, fast, and with satisfactory results.

The team we worked with consisted of two founders who were also programmers

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As a result of the cooperation, software for AI and computer vision was created that allows them to conduct marketing and information campaigns for FOX television. High-class software and professional cooperation were also very important success factors.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Brilliantly. We typically communicate via Slack, Zoom, and email. They're great with communication. On the computer we shared, Veturai created a server application that analyzes the image from cameras and sound from a microphone. Technologies used for the project included the analysis of public space and sound analysis of emergency vehicles. The computer vision application was developed in Python.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was effective. They took my minimal guidance and were able to run with it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Don't think twice about hiring them. These are the people to go to if you want to develop your roadmap and product foundation. A great advantage is the demo presentation, which shows the product's potential early.
