Client calls were. answered quickly, client intakes were completed and sent to our management portal. Intakes were completed in full with enough detail to provide legal advice to potential clients.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

My company, Benchmark Legal Offices, have been using veta for the last couple of months and I must say it is an awesome service with amazing, well trained,always friendly, professional agents. Setup was simple and quick from start to finish, Andy had us up and running in a few hours. If you're looking for a virtual Assistant, I would highly recommend.

Receptionist coverage all day until 9pm. We forward them our phone calls through our provider and they take care of the rest. At every call, they send us an email follow-up detailing the call we got.

My call volume isn't high enough for a full time receptionist, so I have been relying on virtual receptionist services for a number of years. I switched to Veta Virtual almost one year ago to handle general inquiries and take messages on my behalf.

I searched for virtual receptionist services online and shortlisted a few options. I chose Veta Virtual because it seemed like the right fit for me in terms of pricing and services offered, and I liked that they assign a small number of receptionists to my file so they will know my business and clients better.

My callers have an option to speak with reception when calling, and Veta Virtual covers these calls both during and outside of my business hours, within their hours. Outside of their hours there is a voicemail box and they will check messages and send them to me the following business day.

The receptionists take down the caller details I've requested that they collect and send the details to me by email. Under certain conditions they will check with me to see if they can put a caller through to me directly.

I have spoken with Andy as well as with some of the 5 receptionists assigned to handle my calls. They are always open to feedback and suggestions and have been responsive and friendly when I have contacted them.

My receptionists have saved me time by taking down key information from potential clients so that I can be more efficient when I call them back. My clients have spoken highly of the receptionists they have spoken with as well.

Andy has been very hands on and responsive. Their receptionists give me the impression of genuine care about my business and are trying to help me gain clients.
