VBT was hired (PS - we still work with them) to bring an idea to working life. This included naming, branding, a website and a working text editor, using Gen AI and AI intelligence. They needed to understand perfectly not only our mission, but the nuances of communication. We worked collaboratively across the entire process, tweaking the GenAI to be sure the responses are effective and valuable to our users.
