I’m the founder of a skincare line.

What challenge were you trying to address with Vertigo Media North America Inc.?

We needed several commercials created through different styles for a marketing campaign. We were aiming to have more visibility and brand awareness.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Vertigo Media set up all of the logistics. They worked with me on the pre-setup for the concepts, found the location, insourced the models, and prepared them for the commercials. They also creative-directed the shoot along with the filming and photography for it. In the end, they delivered stills and five videos for the commercials.

We worked with 6–8 in this project.

How did you come to work with Vertigo Media North America Inc.?

They were referred to us by someone who does business development for them. It seemed like they were a good fit for us based on their previous work and what they showed me.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $30,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February–April 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re doing marketing strategy with another agency, and they’ve spoken favorably of the stills and the commercials they’ve seen. 

How did Vertigo Media North America Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via Microsoft Teams, but we also had meetings with them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They listened to the concept we had in mind from the beginning, and everything came out really crisp. Also, they’re experienced in this type of work, which enabled them to align their execution to what we wanted.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s something they can improve on — everything was in their control, and they handled it well.

Any advice for potential customers?

Be clear with the concept and vision of what you want to do. Also, be transparent with the deliverables you’re expecting — it’s easier when you state that from the beginning of the project.
