Attention to detail, quality of work, and how quickly they understood our product. We are in the US and in a very niche and technical market. The questionnaire to determine the scope of the project was perfect. Very few, and minor edits needed to be done between the initial draft and final approval. There were no issues with the time zone or language differences.

We took the storyboard from the existing video and refined it to establish the voice over and overall length which ended up be 1'45". That was followed by sketches of the scenes that would support the story.

Each step allowed for direct feedback from us and refinement before continuing to the next step. The cycle time was tightly controlled on their end.

Refinement of the sketches lead to final detailed drawings which were then animated and matched with the voiceover.
