We have used V2 as an agency for a variety of reasons. However, I recently worked with them 1:1 on two separate smaller education clients (k-12 private schools). We did geofencing on their competitors and then ran display campaigns during and after these. My clients were pleased with V2's work and I was pleased with their communication despite this being a smaller campaign.

This was more of an awareness-based campaign. Therefore, we tracked site visits and overall traffic metrics more than conversions.

We do not manage DSP activation in-house and rely on their team to create media plans, setup and optimize campaigns across all programmatically traded channels including Audio and CTV. Version2 is always tasked with strict brand safety requirements and aggressive KPIs to hit.

The Version2 team is always available and proactive. We know that our campaigns are in good hands and performance goal will be reached or exceeded. We do not have to chase for answers or next steps, the team is always one step ahead of us.

We saw improvements in website traffic and conversion rates. We also tracked impressions and CPM trends to evaluate cost efficiency by market and audience segment, monitored click-through rate as a directional engagement signal, and assessed viewability and video completion rates for creative and placement quality. There were notable improvements in assisted performance indicators, such as changes in branded search activity and downstream engagement in markets with active programmatic support. Results varied by region, influenced by creative assets and promotion pricing.
