We hired Version2 to support our programmatic marketing efforts, focusing on expanding brand awareness and improving reach efficiency as a scalable growth channel across multiple markets in four states. Our goals included introducing programmatic display and video to complement our existing paid media mix, increasing top-of-funnel awareness in priority markets for the healthcare industry using geo-targeting and audience-based placements, testing market-level performance to understand programmatic's role in patient acquisition, and developing a repeatable framework for audience targeting, creative rotation, and reporting across regions.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw improvements in website traffic and conversion rates. We also tracked impressions and CPM trends to evaluate cost efficiency by market and audience segment, monitored click-through rate as a directional engagement signal, and assessed viewability and video completion rates for creative and placement quality. There were notable improvements in assisted performance indicators, such as changes in branded search activity and downstream engagement in markets with active programmatic support. Results varied by region, influenced by creative assets and promotion pricing.
