Scope is to fully develop and power the marketplace from choosing the technology, hosting requirement, arranging the resources and then testing and commissioning.

The project is running smoothly and prior to the planned delivery timeline

Almost on daily basis there will be a new update regarding the project and communication is always done formally. A bi weekly meeting will also be conducted by the top management to stand on important things to ensure the project success and align the resources with the deliverables.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their friendly acceptance for supporting us on different requirements and price vs quality. Their strong technical knowledge is impressive for a company of this age and market exposure.

Notify about changes in their teams once happened (Hiring and resignations)

I'm Technical manager at software developing company. We are UAE based and have branch offices in Europe.

For what projects/services did your company hire Verofax Limited, and what were your goals?

We are developing global memorial system which will combine social network with marketplace for digital products. We calculated the costs and realized that it's much cheaper to outsource software developing segmentas wall as much quicker, than develop the software from scratch.

As a result we hired this team to build our custom software solution according to our needs. Our goal was to lounch our applicatioa as soon as possible, and that the applications has all ther features that we want it to have.

They were recommended to us by our business partner.

They are designing and developing blockchain based memorial software that will connect business users as well as end users which will create digital identities of their memories. We started by sending them FRS document where all our requirements were specified. Because the project is so big we split it into phases.

Then they gave us workflows, and mock up designs that we could comment and approve before continuing onto next phase. As the project is so big developing will last quite amount of time, probably few years, but the software will be released in stages with new features, and also as per the fact they are making us demo versions all the new features can be tested before release.

There is 10 peoople in the core team, including CEO, CTO, senior programmers,costumer succes lead and designers. Other resources come and go depending on the project needs.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are very pleased with the team for their accuracy and attention to detail. The application is not out yet but will be in very short period. The team sent us prototype with which we are very satisfied. You can see great progress every day.

Project management is great, they always meet our every request in the shortest possible time. We never had unexpected turnovers and everything is always on time and as agreed. We comunicate through Outlook, MS Teams and Whatsapp.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have direct acess to the whole team so our ideas are always comunicated directly to the person that is in charge on specific request, so we don't have problems with losing meaning in translation, as we think would be the case if we comunicated just with the project manager.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I cannot single out a single remark, because we resolve every misunderstanding immediately and without difficulty.
