BMH is charged with providing culturally relevant and ethnically sensitive psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, and medical services. For over thirty years, we have strived to go above and beyond the gold standard of mental health excellence.

We are equally committed to providing the highest quality of service to our clients as well as our employees. Intrinsic in all of our professional practices is the idea that each client is an individual with goals and dreams that incorporate their cultural beliefs. Create Google script to create a more granular data table from an exiting one. This involved breaking things like date ranges and cells with multiple selectins into separate rows. Ensuring script runs fast.

The script was fully bug tested and works very well. Now the engine behind a lot of our internal reporting.

Compared to a lot of developers I've worked with their communication was good and they clearly had a process, which involved ensuring they understood the brief fully.

They follow sprint / agile project management methodolgy. Their's is one of the best project managers that I have worked with.

Every single deliverable was delivered on time. Items that changed in scope due to requirements changes on our end were also accomodated for fast delivery, without incurring any delays at all.

1. Integration Setup: Setting up and configuring Coupler to automatically pull data from YouTube channels directly into Google Sheets.
2. Data Visualization: Utilizing the data extracted to create detailed visualizations and actionable insights within Power BI.
3. Ongoing Support and Optimization: Regular check-ins and adjustments to ensure the data flow remained efficient and accurate, alongside optimizing the visualization dashboards based on evolving business needs.

These deliverables enabled us to significantly enhance our data analysis capabilities, leading to more informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Additionally, expanding their post-implementation support to include more in-depth analytics and optimization strategies could further empower clients to leverage the full potential of the tools and data insights provided. This proactive approach in ongoing education and support would ensure clients continue to see value long after the initial project completion.
