The scope was broad and split roughly into two phases.

Phase one — technical foundation and recovery. Our client's site had come out of a domain migration with major gaps: help section and blog URLs that never migrated, pages still live on the old domain, and no proper redirect structure. VarMoto rebuilt the migration, fixed JavaScript that was blocking crawlers on key templates, resolved indexing delays, and cleaned up missing meta tags, alt tags, canonical tags, and noindex errors. They also rebuilt the XML sitemap, audited robots.txt, fixed duplicate H1 issues across hundreds of location pages, and cleared Google Search Console errors including 404s and redirect chains. On the content side, they pruned and redirected several hundred underperforming blog posts, resolved cannibalization across hundreds of overlapping articles, removed duplicate and unwanted tag pages, and rewrote and expanded content on hundreds of location pages. They implemented schema markup site-wide (breadcrumb, article, organization, website) and launched a redesign of the location page template.

Phase two — growth and AI visibility. Once the technical base was solid, the engagement shifted toward lead generation, backlinks creation and AI search visibility. VarMoto restructured content and added FAQ/structured-answer formats specifically to earn placement in AI Overviews and citations from tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Copilot, alongside continued traditional SEO growth work aimed at converting that visibility into leads.

• Achieved a 292.09% increase in organic traffic in June 2025 compared to April 2024.
• Achieved a 170.40% increase in overall traffic in June 2025 compared to April 2024.
• Achieved a 52.32% increase in Direct traffic in June 2025 compared to April 2024.
• The ratio of Organic traffic increased from 50.94% to 73.87 in June 2025 compared to April 2024.
• Achieved a 21% increase in Leads in June 2025 compared to June 2024.
• Achieved 286% increase in top 10 keywords rank position on SERP in June 2025 compared to April 2024.
• Total keyword rank increased by +190% of (25,293 to 73,327 keywords) in June 2025 compared to April 2024.
• The website sustained strong growth through six Google algorithm updates—demonstrating SEO resilience built on technical accuracy, content quality, and strategic execution.

Genuinely one of the easier vendor relationships we've managed. Everything came in on time, often ahead of schedule. The team is highly skilled and consistently proactive, they'd flag issues and opportunities before we even had to ask. As a white-label partner they understood they were an extension of our team, not a separate vendor to manage closely, and communication was always clear. We never had to chase them for anything.

Honestly, nothing significant comes to mind. If I had to mention one area, it would be that VarMoto is very proactive with follow-ups and recommendations. At times, the volume of communication can feel a little overwhelming, particularly when multiple priorities are moving at once. That said, it comes from a strong sense of ownership and commitment to keeping the work moving forward.
