Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Redesign an enterprise SaaS web application dashboard and multiple views using material UI library to improve and update the UX and UI for a non-technical savy workforce. Part of the redesign included updating our UI styling and standardized design system so components could be repurposed and reused by software dev team for future development and also keeping the UX familiar and uniform.

The redesign also was advantageous to be reflected in the consumer facing financing application UI and UX experience.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Deliverables were delivered on time due to the proactive communication and project management. Setting expectations and deep dive in to current product was a challenge due to the nuance and complexity of specific business requirements but UXDS took it on with hands on approach using our sandbox environment and learned bit by bit how it currently worked and what needed to be improved upon or redesigned.

Our Product team was kept up to date in real time via Slack and Figma, and our time was only needed when clarification or new ideas were suggested. It was an iterative process that kept us informed and on schedule

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their willingness to dive in and figure out the complexity of our Saas product so they could think about big picture with the end user in mind so the details of the redesign met business requirements while also improving the user experience

Are there any areas for improvement or something UXDStorytellers could have done differently?

Establishing a collaborative work process at the beginning of the project was tough because of multiple geo time zone differences and different native languages but they were able to accommodate and adjust their project management relatively quickly to create a good working process with us

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm one of the founders of  AshNu Technologies, Inc., a company that develops online databases for different industries, such as the healthcare industry.

We also develop electronic devices that go together with the website and the app.

What challenge were you trying to address with UXDStorytellers?

We hired them for website design services because we wanted them to rebuild the UX part of our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started the partnership with a discovery phase where we discussed a few options for our brand and made mock-ups of our existing website's wireframes.

One of the technologies they utilize for the design is Figma. 

What is the team composition?

I'm in direct contact with two people; the founder and one of the main designers.

They were a referral from a mutual friend.

We've invested about $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The partnership started in 2019, and it's still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've significantly improved the traffic to our website once we launched the design created by UXDStorytellers. We've had many customers tell us how good the website is and how much they've enjoyed their experience navigating it, thanks to the streamlined UX.

How did UXDStorytellers perform from a project management standpoint?

Their approach to project management is very good, because they're very efficient in implementing our requests — they listen to our feedback and deliver our requests on time and within budget.

Communication is typically done through Telegram, and we use Google Meet and Zoom for calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We're impressed with the quality of their work and how they consistently keep up to date with modern technology trends.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing they need to improve on.

Any advice for potential customers?

I would advise you to prepare a good task description and provide some references that would be faster for them to understand what you want.

For what projects/services did your company hire UXDStorytellers, and what were your goals?

we selected UXD for designing and developing our website as well to design and implement our UI for the main product.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for some vendors who had prior knowledge in data management space. We decided to go with Irina and her team at UXD after considering a few.

Website was done in Webflow. UI was implemented in Java Script.

We had a great website launch and were very happy with the deliverables.
