I’m the co-CEO of Better Software Group, a company that provides mobile, web, and smart TV solutions.

What challenge were you trying to address with SLAVODESIGN?

We needed a partner to help with UX/UI.

What was the scope of their involvement?

When a new client approaches us with a project, we often use SLAVODESIGN to create visualizations, such as clickable screens or workflow proposals. The client then approves the designs and we use our in-house programmers to deliver the solution or product. 

What is the team composition? 

We typically work with about four people.

How did you come to work with SLAVODESIGN?

Someone recommended SLAVODESIGN. We talked to three companies in our city and hired SLAVODESIGN to do a small project. It went well, so we continued working with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about €200,000 (approximately $222,800 USD) each year.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in 2010, and the partnership’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They meet our expectations, and clients respond positively to their designs. 

How did SLAVODESIGN perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re incredibly responsive and excellent at meeting tight deadlines. During projects, we talk every day and use Azure and InVision to collaborate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re flexible and have a quick turnaround time. Our clients almost always accept their work in the first round.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t see any ways they could improve.

Give them a chance to show their capabilities.

We needed UX design and business analysis.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed a clickable version of our bespoke solution. We wanted to enhance our communication and stakeholder engagement.

They built a service scheduling tool for a construction equipment manufacturer.

What was the team composition?

The team consisted of more than 20 team members including a project manager, business analyst, technical advisors, system administrators, developers, QAs, and UX designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They developed a tool that helped to streamline the process of ordering services. It’s a slick solution for dealers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was very effective. We used various online tools as well as in-person, co-located workshops.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They proved to be very dedicated to the project, and they delivered a solution that satisfied all stakeholders.

They delivered a great quality product and don’t need to change anything in their approach.
