We design, install, and maintain physical security and low-voltage infrastructure for residential, commercial, and industrial sites in Bulgaria. Our core services are IP video surveillance (CCTV), access control, intruder and fire alarm systems, and the structured cabling that ties them together. We work as a systems integrator rather than a box reseller: we specify the camera and network hardware around the actual site conditions — lighting, distances, coverage angles, bandwidth, and storage retention — and deliver a working, documented system. A significant part of our work is early-stage design for new construction. We produce low-voltage cabling plans before plastering, so owners and electricians install the correct cable routes the first time instead of retrofitting at three times the cost. We also handle network infrastructure (MikroTik routing, VLAN segmentation, remote access), video management software deployment, AI-based video analytics such as smoke and fire detection, and ongoing service contracts. Typical projects range from single-family homes to multi-site business installations and municipal facilities.

The engagement covered the full redesign of our company website, from research through to final design handoff. Discovery and research. Before any design work started, the team analyzed how visitors actually used our existing site and what our prospective clients were looking for. This informed the new information architecture and the priority of content on each page. Design and prototyping. They produced the complete design in Figma — the homepage, service page templates, and the inquiry flow — as an interactive prototype we could click through and review before development. Revisions were handled directly in the prototype, so we approved the design with a clear picture of the final result rather than working from static images. Handoff. Final deliverables were the Figma design files with components and styles, [responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile], and design specifications for implementation.The team also handled front-end development and deployment of the approved design
