Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

UX Connections and their team were tasked with the UX discovery of our project and then designing a solution to ensure the user flows were simple and clearly explained what we were trying to implement. They then helped with the testing of the user flows that had been designed and iterated their work in order to adhere to user demands. The final part of the project was UI implementation to create implement a clearly identifiable 'brand' and interface for our game.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project has been an incredible success with everything within scope done to very high standards and in a very timely manner. Chris and his team have been remarkable throughout the process and we have ended up with designs that our team are unanimously happy with as well as a User Experience which means our game is very intuitive and easy to play. Their team has worked alongside ours in a seamless manner which makes it feel as if they are part of our comapny. We could not be happier.

UX Connections project management is impeccable. Despite an incredibly quick and ambitious turnaround, they have managed to achieve exactly what we set out to do and we have been delighted with the results. The communication from their team has been regular and clear throughout and we have felt wholly involved within the process. They have responded to feedback from both the users as well as the needs of our company and have acted incredibly quickly and decisively and we are absolutely delighted with all the work they have done. In a startup process which is often far from simple, UX Connections have made our life so much easier.

The speed at which they operate whilst maintaining an impeccable eye for detail as well as implementing very concise industry insights. Their expertise is unmatched and often their consideration of even the smallest of things has led to significant changes that have dramatically helped our business and the process. Their output-to-cost ratio was simply incredible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something UX Bet could have done differently?

Absolutely not, they have been first class throughout.
