First we had a call with the agency and they asked all technical questions about our tech stack, about our goals, about the business side of the project, about time overlap and work schedule, as well as about the seniority of the DevOps resources we would like to have and the target hourly rate. They they told us they will start their staffing activities and pretty soon, in a week, surpriziingly fast enough they provided 3 candidates profiles. We had two interviews and hired one of them.

The quality of offshore personnel UUUSoftware provided was excellent. They were very professional and used the proper tools and quality strategies.

Although most of the workforce is offshore, communication with the local senior team was always timely, personal, and effective. When an issue arose, such as one of the backend developers announcing leaving for another position, UUSoftware.com ensured the transition was organized, ordered, and controlled. They immediately suggested a few appropriate replacement options and the project was unaffected.

Project was well managed, on time, and on budget. Founder was always available, generous with his time, and very knowledgeable. When problems arose, he would help solve the issues, and if he couldn't he would find the right person who could.

The project was managed based on our requirements document with 2-4 week sprints to complete a specific number of tasks. We set up three environments for this work: development, staging and production.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The ability to complete tasks on time, flexibility to adjust as challenges arose, produce software that worked, and deliver a product that was a high fidelity reproduction of what we had designed on paper.

Sometimes there is a delay to get started on a task because of developer time constraints with other projects, but that has historically been managed by people working in the evenings or on weekends to keep the project on time.
