The project involved a comprehensive approach to developing a top-class B2B User Interface (UI) aimed at providing clients with intuitive and actionable insights into their media spend and its impact. The work was structured into several phases:
Project Scoping: 

• The initial phase focused on understanding the project's requirements, goals, and constraints. This involved engaging with key stakeholders to define the project's scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• A detailed analysis was conducted to map out user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.

Brainstorming and Mapping:

• Following the scoping phase, a series of brainstorming sessions were held. These sessions aimed to explore creative solutions and ideas that align with the project goals.

The measurable outcome here is the completion and approval of all design assets within the project timeline, ensuring they met all functional and aesthetic requirements.

Through the interactive Figma prototype, stakeholders were able to engage directly with the design, providing real-time feedback throughout the design sprints. New UI was well-received by our users and customers. The new UI allowed us to present a clean, modern interface and helped in new user acquisition. Rolling out the new UI alongside our amazing AI content creation features helped us grow our customer base faster than ever before.

AllClients was founded in 2004. Our UI/UX was developed by the founders who are not experts in this area. Over the past 20 years the UI/UX just evolved without any specific direction. We would often get the comment that our product looked "dated", so in in 2023 we decided we needed to get a professional involved. 
One of the challenges was that we have thousands of people using the product and comfortable with the existing UI/UX. We had to balance modernizing the UI/UX while still keeping the same "feel" so the changes were not jarring to the existing users. The deliverables were every major screen redesigned to reflect 2023 designs while keeping the existing feel.

UserActive would give us periodic updates showing us the direction they were going in. We would make tweaks and then approve their current thinking. Then they would give us final screens.

Together we would define priorities and deadlines. Some screens were needed more urgently for updates we were making and they responded accordingly. There were even times Peter joined us on Zoom calls when we had big customers who wanted to learn about our UI/UX direction.

UserActive is a quality company. They have genuine people who are laser-focused on OUR needs. They delivered excellent work, on time and on budget. Then they were flexible when we threw them curve balls or needed something urgently. Sometimes the scope of work would change and they would just go with the flow to accommodate what was best for us.

Not that I can think of. We were very happy with their work and we continue to use them for all of our design needs.

UserActive helped us modernize our user interface. Over time, we worked closely with their team to create a UI Design Kit of rules for our application, as well as specific redesigns of key modules in our product. Our overall navigation structure and design was upgraded as well, taking into consideration all of our complexity and options that might apply to different users and resellers of our product.

Before our redesign, our most common sales complaint was that our prospects viewed our solution as looking "dated", even though the functionality was all there. As we rolled out more and more of the redesign, this complaint has completely disappeared.

UserActive redesigned our app in a way that no other UX design agency would have. Their experience in SaaS apps is unparalleled. Not only did they help us improve the design, it lead to greater conversion rates and they helped us understand what product design is all about.

They finished the app which was easily defined and after a few months of using the new app, we could tell the customers were reacting positively to it as well.

It took longer than expected but only because we realized the scope of the work we were asking for. We asked for more iterations and other things outside of the scope. They did everything we asked.

They were truly SaaS and product experts. I would never recommend a company redesign their SaaS app without a product designer. UserActive for me just isn't another UX agency, they are beyond it.

Not much to improve, maybe if they were able to share more libraries and case studies but that would help me but not help most regular customers.
