What was the scope of their involvement?
UPSCALE SOLUTION implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC and connected it to our frontend stores in Shopify. The team used the out-of-the-box features when available and customized and built all the requirements that weren’t available. UPSCALE SOLUTION also helped us automate processes when possible. The team customized and built parts related to sales orders and inventory sync between Shopify and Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC.
