I’m the VP of client strategy at GNO Partners, an e-commerce company. We help Amazon brands grow and achieve successful exits by sharing proven systems, workflows, and strategies and by creating and executing clear growth plans.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Uproduction Events helped us with an offsite event in Lisbon. They handled everything from start to finish, including venue selection, hotel accommodations, transportation, meals, activities, and overall event coordination. They managed all the logistics, worked closely with vendors, and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the offsite, allowing us to focus entirely on our team and the experience.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We successfully brought our entire team together in person for the first time for a three-day offsite. The event ran smoothly, with all planned sessions, workshops, and team-building activities delivered successfully. The biggest outcomes were stronger team connections, improved collaboration, and better alignment on our 2027 goals. The feedback from our team was overwhelmingly positive, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.

How did Uproduction Events perform from a project management standpoint?

Uproduction Events delivered on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was their attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to make everything feel effortless. They were proactive, flexible, and always one step ahead. We could fully enjoy the event and focus on our team without worrying about logistics. It truly felt like they cared about the success of our offsite as much as we did.

I’m the Executive Director of Future of Health (FOH), a global healthcare leadership community and think tank bringing together senior leaders from some of the world’s leading healthcare organizations. Each year, FOH identifies major challenges shaping the future of healthcare and conducts a structured research process, bringing together the collective knowledge and real-world experience of our members. Our discussions and research are translated into published papers and actionable recommendations for healthcare leaders and policymakers worldwide. As Executive Director, I lead the community, its global research agenda, strategic collaborations, and our annual international Summit, where much of this collective thinking and research comes to life.

What challenge were you trying to address with Uproduction Events?

We needed help creating and delivering a high-level, seamless experience for our global community across different countries and locations around the world. Our goal was not simply to produce an event but to bring together senior healthcare leaders from around the world in an environment that supports meaningful dialogue, relationship-building, collaboration, and knowledge exchange.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Uproduction Events provides end-to-end event production for Future of Health (FOH), a global community of senior leaders from leading healthcare organizations around the world. The team supports FOH’s annual international Summits across different countries, managing venues and suppliers, logistics, technical and AV production, branding, transportation, networking events, dinners, and on-site execution. Their role is to translate the FOH vision into a seamless, high-level experience for our global community.

Uproduction Events helped us create and deliver a high-level, seamless experience for our global community across different countries and locations around the world. Their role was to translate our vision into a professionally executed experience — adapting to different countries, venues, cultures, and local partners while maintaining the same high standard and experience wherever we met.

We worked with Uproduction Events on the end-to-end planning and execution of our international events across different countries and venues. Their scope included venue and supplier coordination, accommodation and transportation logistics, technical and AV production, branding and event materials, social and networking events, dinners and special experiences, on-site operations, and overall coordination with local partners and vendors.

A particularly important part of their role was managing the many moving pieces behind the scenes — from the early planning stages through execution on the ground — and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for our international members and guests.

In short, they helped us turn our vision and program into a fully executed global event experience while allowing our team to remain focused on the content and our community.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw success in several very tangible ways: consistently high participation and engagement from our international members, smooth execution of complex multi-day events across different countries, and very positive feedback from participants on both the professionalism of the events and the overall experience.

From an operational perspective, Uproduction Events enabled us to bring together senior healthcare leaders from multiple countries and organizations while managing a highly complex program of meetings, research sessions, networking events, transportation, accommodation, and social experiences.

Perhaps the strongest measure of success is that our members continue to return year after year, and we have been able to maintain a consistent, high-quality experience regardless of the country or venue hosting the event.

Since our community is relatively small and highly curated, we don’t measure success primarily by large attendance numbers. Our events typically bring together around 50–70 senior healthcare leaders and executives from leading organizations across multiple countries, creating a very high level of participation and engagement.

Attendance across the multi-day program is consistently strong, including research sessions, networking activities, and social events. We also see a high level of returning participants and member organizations year after year, which for us is one of the strongest indicators of satisfaction and value.

While we haven’t used a formal numerical attendee satisfaction score, the direct feedback from participants has consistently been extremely positive, particularly regarding the quality of the organization, attention to detail, and overall experience created around the event.

Our member organizations consistently return year after year, and we see a very high level of continuity among participants as well. In practice, when a member doesn’t attend a particular event, it’s typically due to a scheduling conflict or another unavoidable commitment rather than a decision not to participate.

For a global community whose senior leaders travel each year internationally to attend, we see this level of return participation as one of the strongest indicators of the value of both the community and the event experience.

Uproduction Events has consistently delivered complex, multi-day international FOH Summits to an exceptionally high standard. They combine creativity and out-of-the-box thinking with meticulous attention to detail and an ability to see the entire experience from a broader perspective.

How did Uproduction Events perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was excellent. They were highly organized, responsive, proactive, and extremely attentive to detail. They consistently delivered on time — even when managing complex international events with multiple suppliers, venues, partners, and last-minute changes across different countries. We communicated in person and virtually, via emails, and through messaging apps.

The team is highly organized, responsive, proactive, and able to adapt seamlessly to different countries, venues, cultures, and local partners. Most importantly, they work as a true partner rather than simply an event supplier, enabling the FOH team to focus on our members, content, and community while trusting that every aspect of the event is being managed professionally.

What I particularly valued was their sense of ownership. They didn’t simply execute a task list; they anticipated issues, found solutions quickly, and took responsibility for making sure everything came together seamlessly. This gave us tremendous confidence and allowed our team to focus on our members and content rather than event logistics.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed me most was their creativity and ability to think outside the box — constantly looking for ways to do things differently, create something memorable, and bring new ideas to the table. They had a rare ability to combine incredible attention to the smallest details with a very broad view of the entire experience.

They didn’t operate simply as an event production company — they became a true partner. They understood our community, our members, and the experience we wanted to create, and then thought with us about how to make it even better.

Their ability to deliver the same level of quality across different countries, cultures, venues, and local suppliers was particularly impressive. And perhaps most importantly, I trusted them completely. When Uproduction Events was managing an event, I knew they were looking at both the big picture and every tiny detail — including many things I probably hadn’t even thought about myself.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There was honestly nothing significant that stood out as something they should have done differently. Our projects were complex, international, and often involved changes and decisions right up to the last minute, and Uproduction Events consistently adapted extremely well.

Like with any long-term partnership, we learned from each event and found small ways to make the next one even better — but that was actually one of their strengths. They listened, learned, and continuously improved with us.I saw them very much as a partner in the journey, rather than simply a supplier we evaluated project by project.

I recommend them to anyone who needs an event production partner.
