Since we needed more resources for software development, we hired a few of their software developers on a full-time basis. They are helping us create our software products. Among the products is Leaptree Optimize, a QA scoring tool for customer calls, customer standards, customer service, and more.

We also have Leaptree Incentivize, an application for commission management. Both apps run on Salesforce as their operating system. Users may download our apps from the App Exchange, quickly install them, get a license from us, and begin using them.

Every week, every month, and anytime they publish something new, we assess their work. The quality standard is really high.

Their technical manager supervises the employees and conducts daily stand-up calls to ensure that everything is proceeding as planned. They've done a fantastic job at meeting deadlines.

We took on several of their software developers on a full-time basis since we required more resources for software development. They are assisting us in developing our software offerings. One of the offerings is Leaptree Optimize, a QA scoring tool for customer service, customer standards, customer calls, and more.

Additionally, we have the commission management application Leaptree Incentivize. Salesforce serves as the OS for both apps. Our applications are available for download on the App Exchange, and users may rapidly install, obtain a license from us, and start using them.
