I'm the owner of a Christian e-ministry organization. Included on our sites are Bible-study commentaries that I write and publish. Also included are sites for missionaries and churches.

Last year, I needed to update the "localhost" feature that I use on Dreamweaver. Upler's Ravi and Satish (Ravi's interpreter) handily and promptly set up localhost using XAMPP and lampp. It worked reliably until I upgraded my MasOS to Valencia v. 13. After upgrading my OS, XAMPP no longer opened. I learned that there was no version of XAMPP available for that new OS. I emailed Ravi who responded promptly! Ravi and Sankalp (the job coordinator and interpreter) e-exchanged jointly to learn the details of the problem.

They then had me screen-share using Google Meet and TeamViewer. Within a few minutes of Ravi changing file names and adding new files, XAMPP was reactivated. I could immediately use localhost in my lampp folder. XAMPP/lampp have now worked flawlessly for one month. Both gentlemen were most-knowledgeable, professional, and very personal. Their care for my needs was considerable and much appreciated. I recommend this Uplers team highly.

A year ago, Ravi and another job coordinator helped me set up "localhost." Because they did an admirable job that was fairly priced, I reconnected with them via email. Ravi e-replied the same day!

This recent job involved all of the following and a lot more.

• Verification that XAMPP wasn't yet compatible with MacOS Valencia v. 13.
• Duplication of all my XAMPP files for safety's sake.
• Downloaded the appropriate version of XAMPP.
• Scheduled a Google Meet screen-share conference; kept the scheduled appointment.
• Activated TeamViewer so Ravi could work directly on my machine's files; within five minutes, Ravi set up everything on my Mac so that my "localhost" using XAMPP/lampp worked flawlessly while using Dreamweaver.
• Ravi verified that my pathways were set correctly; he had me open and set up a test run of local on lampp; all worked well.
• Ravi also gave me a valuable recommendation: Every day, I should copy/paste updated lampp files into an unrelated folder on my desktop; that way, if I encounter another problem with XAMPP/lampp, I'll have up-to-date files to work with.

After being unable to view my web pages locally on Dreamweaver using "localhost" through XAMPP/lampp, Ravi and Sankalp, took less than five minutes to make the requisite changes, directly on my iMac by using TeamViewer. One month later, there hasn't been a single failure incident with "localhost," thanks to this Uplers team.

Sankalp coordinated and confirmed scheduled screen-sharing events using email. He and Ravi, the technician, used Google Meet to connect virtually. There was an audio failure one day on Google meet so we postponed that meeting one day. Otherwise, the next day was successful. Sankalp then set up TeamViewer with me so Ravi could have full access to my files. He did what was needed in less than 5 minutes before giving up his access to my files.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

1. Ravi's knowledge and forensics capability impressed me.
2. Sankalp and Ravi were extremely personal and caring while exhibiting a professional posture.
3. Because I'd asked them to reactivate the XAMPP application that they's set up for me one year ago, they chose to not charge me for this reactivation effort. They truly were generous and commendable!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Because I was unfamiliar with Google Meet, I would have preferred that they had directed me better on which icons to click to make our virtual meetings less cumbersome.

Their speed and ability to be nimble and pivot a design were impressive.

I believe different developers worked on different versions of the template so old bugs would come through and previous fixes were lost if someone picked up an older version. A better protocol so all were working from the same version would be appreciated.

Standardized a set of landing pages that we had cobbled together over many years. Helped us enhance the design by learning what we liked about what we had and proposed additional options with animation we hadn't considered.

1 custom guided Marketo landing page template. It had more than 12 sections and required a lot of different elements/variables. Also needed to be very user-friendly.

The landing page was great! Turned out beautifully and they even went above and beyond to provide a second version with animation.

The team was very easy to communicate with. Very responsive and delivered the project ahead of schedule. Also quickly addressed any concerns I had with the landing page.

They can take my roundup of requirements and deliver exactly what I want, every time.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Uplers we referred to me by a previous colleague, as they were immensely happy with quality of work.

Uplers first undertook an in-depth discovery of our various business units, objectives, conversion points etc to really understand our requirements. They then came back with their recommendations, as well as benchmark performance expectations. This included recommended platforms, budgets and campaign structures. We finessed this together prior to launch and then optimised as required.

Aditya Pawar is our Project Coordinator and the day-to-day contact for us. He has incredible insights into the platforms themselves and able to communicate this very effectively. Aditya was also able to very quickly get across our business units to provide effective recommendations for our campaigns. Husna Pathan is our Account Manager and available to any concerns or top level requirements we have. To date, there have not been any concerns!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our cost per conversion has more than halved across all channels since Uplers have taken over management. This has not been at the cost of conversion volume or reach - so really is an incredible achievement! We are exceeding our targets and driving approx 70% of all leads through digital channels.

Seamless. We now only require fortnightly WIPs with Uplers, as they are well across our business requirements and our campaigns. I have full confidence they require very little input from myself or my team to continue to achieve amazing results.

They really have very high quality solutions and service - I have zero complaints or areas for improvement in my partnership with Uplers.
