Last year, I needed to update the "localhost" feature that I use on Dreamweaver. Upler's Ravi and Satish (Ravi's interpreter) handily and promptly set up localhost using XAMPP and lampp. It worked reliably until I upgraded my MasOS to Valencia v. 13. After upgrading my OS, XAMPP no longer opened. I learned that there was no version of XAMPP available for that new OS. I emailed Ravi who responded promptly! Ravi and Sankalp (the job coordinator and interpreter) e-exchanged jointly to learn the details of the problem.
They then had me screen-share using Google Meet and TeamViewer. Within a few minutes of Ravi changing file names and adding new files, XAMPP was reactivated. I could immediately use localhost in my lampp folder. XAMPP/lampp have now worked flawlessly for one month. Both gentlemen were most-knowledgeable, professional, and very personal. Their care for my needs was considerable and much appreciated. I recommend this Uplers team highly.

Verification that XAMPP wasn't yet compatible with MacOS Valencia v. 13.
Duplication of all my XAMPP files for safety's sake.
Downloaded the appropriate version of XAMPP.
Scheduled a Google Meet screen-share conference; kept the scheduled appointment.
Activated TeamViewer so Ravi could work directly on my machine's files; within five minutes, Ravi set up everything on my Mac so that my "localhost" using XAMPP/lampp worked flawlessly while using Dreamweaver.
Ravi verified that my pathways were set correctly; he had me open and set up a test run of local on lampp; all worked well.
Ravi also gave me a valuable recommendation: Every day, I should copy/paste updated lampp files into an unrelated folder on my desktop; that way, if I encounter another problem with XAMPP/lampp, I'll have up-to-date files to work with.

One month later, there hasn't been a single failure incident with "localhost," thanks to this Uplers team.

Sankalp coordinated and confirmed scheduled screen-sharing events using email. He and Ravi, the technician, used Google Meet to connect virtually. There was an audio failure one day on Google meet so we postponed that meeting one day. Otherwise, the next day was successful. Sankalp then set up TeamViewer with me so Ravi could have full access to my files. He did what was needed in less than 5 minutes before giving up his access to my files.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Ravi's knowledge and forensics capability impressed me.
Sankalp and Ravi were extremely personal and caring while exhibiting a professional posture.
Because I'd asked them to reactivate the XAMPP application that they's set up for me one year ago, they chose to not charge me for this reactivation effort. They truly were generous and commendable!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Because I was unfamiliar with Google Meet, I would have preferred that they had directed me better on which icons to click to make our virtual meetings less cumbersome.
