Unified Arc conducted a full evaluation of Cargo Hub’s infrastructure, applications, and data workflows to identify critical dependencies and recommend a suitable cloud platform.
Migration Planning & Execution:
A phased migration plan was developed and executed to ensure minimal downtime. Cargo Hub’s operations were transitioned to AWS, including databases, internal tools, and client-facing systems. The data migration was completed without loss.
Performance Optimization:
The cloud environment was reconfigured for improved performance and cost-efficiency, incorporating autoscaling and load balancing.
Security & Compliance:
Unified Arc implemented security measures including role-based access control, data encryption, and compliance configurations aligned with logistics industry standards.
