What challenge were you trying to address with Unico Connect?
We acquired a tool whose backend was built on Xano. We were actively scaling traffic to the tool and hitting issues related to performance. We needed help identifying and improving the system's performance and efficiency so we could scale our use of the tool we had acquired without encountering bottlenecks.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Unico Connect first sought to understand and diagnose the system as it stood. They then triaged the various issues they found and force-ranked them using both impact and lift as the metrics for assessing each piece of work. We tackled the low-hanging fruit that offered high impact first and then circled back to dig into the larger lift/high impact projects second.

Unico Connect was recommended to our team by the team at Xano as an agency that could help us with performance optimizations of a software stack we had acquired. The detail taken in developing clear wireframes to drive a de-cluttered and a clean UIUX journey for the end user of our product was clearly understood from day 1 and SAM did a phenomenal job in doing so by building great product pages for various sections.
Anurag from the UNICO Team was in charge of integrating the back-end APIs into the front end and was instrumental in ensuring that our back-end team that worked closely with Anurag and the UNICO front-end team, had a clear understanding of our logic that was being written.
