I’m the managing director of SR Enterprises. We manufacture plastic and metal components for exporting, and our company has around 200 employees.

What challenge were you trying to address with Unico Connect?
We required an ERP system, and we needed someone to develop our website. Additionally, we wanted certain communication tools for our internal management.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Unico Connect developed our website from scratch. We wanted to be able to check on our production, stock, and inventory, and now, our clients can see the inventory from our website. That was a pretty critical requirement, and they managed to do it well. I believe that they used Laravel for this development.
What is the team composition?
We worked with three people from Unico Connect on the web development, and 1–2 people were involved in the project management.
How did you come to work with Unico Connect?
Communicating with Unico Connect was very easy, and they were very enthusiastic. They showed a lot of interest at the beginning, which was what attracted us to them.
How much have you invested in them?
We spent around $18,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project started in March 2020, and it was completed around September 2020.

We were very happy with Unico Connect’s work. Thanks to their involvement, we’ve saved a lot of time, and we have more control over our process. Additionally, we’re able to collect more data as well.
Unico Connect’s quality was excellent, and they knew what they were doing — I would rate them a 10 out of 10 on this. Working with them was very easy, and we didn’t face any issues.
How did Unico Connect perform from a project management standpoint?
We were in lockdown during the project, so we had to communicate via email, and we had Zoom calls. We were very satisfied with the whole process.
