Facebook and branding were very difficult, therefore under reality had created an very new strategy, which works very well.

I was searching online for marketing agencies and I heard of an business relation of their skills, after the first brainstorming session I was sold.

We had an discovery phase first, after that they make an step plan for my business with an roadmapm which was very useful, they start with the basics so that is the website.

After that they followed different Steps, they make it almost perfect, after that they have changed the settings of my Facebook and created an overall dashboard to track the sales, amazing.

We worked with the owner, so very good and fast communication, he will divide the work to his employees.

I had an 80 % open rate en 67 % click rate, my revenue went from 50 k a month to 100 k a month in the first three months, which was amazing.

We had in person meetings twice a month, so it went very smooth, they make time for you in an beautiful office in the center of Amsterdam.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their outbound efforts and their communication were impressive. They really make time for you, nothing is to much, not an 9 till 5 mentality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Exactly not, maybe they can give me an feedback report every week of weaknesses in the digital marketing.

For one of our customers we discovered that a BI dashboard with all available machine data would help them to predict their maintenance.

We haven't done business with a certain company before and heard about Under Reality. We decided to get in contact and it felt good from the beginning.

We started by determining the available machine data and how to obtain these. Then the significant data has been selected. This data has been made available in a dashboard. At last the data has been made visible in the way the customer needed it.

We worked with 3 people at Under Reality, under which the CEO and 2 Developers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our customer has been able to promote one of the Technical Service employees to an internal BI Analist, who supports the Technical Service department and coordinates with the Purchasing department.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Really effective, since we had a really smooth start. Under Reality understands the challenges and describes the desired solution swiftly. Due to the short lines, we were able to maintain pace.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The fact that they are not only industry focused. They think without limits and provide us with different angles we didn't think about ourselves.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing we can think of right now. We are just getting started with the dashboard and will be in close contact for any issues we encounter and share our user experience.

I'm the CEO of a marketing agency. We help our clients with targeted social media campaigns and Google Ads.

We would like to use 1st party data in our advertising campaigns because that's much more effective and cost-efficient than for example Facebook data. Therefore we need a customer data platform to build 360 degrees profiles for each of our clients / brands.

We found 3 companies online after comparing reviews and ratings several. Once we interviewed and heard each team's proposal, we went with our vendor because of their general expertise, skills, and communication. One of our clients also recommended Under Reality.

After beginning with a series of discovery meetings, they focused on the major drivers for our business and spoke to our marketing team in a creative workshop. They then came up with a blueprint of the new customer data platform and what data we need for our advertising campaigns.

In the next phase, they did the customer data implementation and we were ready to go live with the first personalized campaigns based on our 1st party data. Their team also gave us training on how to make the data actionable.

What was the team composition?

My marketing team worked closely with the development team of Under Reality, and they've worked with our in-house IT specialists. The project manager was always available and proactively contributed ideas.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've seen an average 40% increase in the sales of our clients since beginning our project with Under Reality. Many of our customers remark on personalized and unique advertisements, so that's very positive!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have weekly meetings with their project manager to go over progress and next steps. Additionally, we communicatie over slack regulary and they give updates via email. The project went really smooth.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Under Reality was very proactive and enthusiastic. They really wanted to make a nice project out of it. You can see that in the expertise/skills they have in their team.

I am the co-founder of a development company that develops software for commercial applications.

What challenge were you trying to address with Under Reality?

We needed assistance with strategic planning and lead generation.  

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Under Reality leads our PPC and social media marketing efforts. They spearhead our content strategy because we don’t have the capacity; Under Reality creates visual and written content they then post on our social media platforms. They also run our PPC efforts on Google and Facebook. All the designs Under Reality develops are built in Figma. 

Their team has also developed an automation process to improve our lead generation. They’ve organized a LinkedIn operation, ensuring we connect with the right individuals and respond to messages. To do that, Under Reality has created an automation that triggers whenever a message is sent. Each message is sent to my inbox, and I schedule a quick call with the potential customer. Under Reality also helped us create a new data strategy.

I work with four teammates, including a project manager, a strategic marketer, and one founder.

We’ve invested €45,000–€50,000 (approximately $51,000–$56,000 USD) with Under Reality. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in June 2021 and our partnership is ongoing. Soon, we’ll expand our contract to include more of their services.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We have a lot of new clients because of their work, and our sales conversions have increased exponentially. As a result, our revenue has also increased since we began working with Under Reality, and it continues to grow. 

How did Under Reality perform from a project management standpoint?

Under Reality’s project management style matches well with ours. The project manager communicates with my team via Slack, email, and phone calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Under Reality is very innovative, professional, and delivers quickly.

I can’t think of anything they could improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise customers to develop a basic idea and then hand it over to the Under Reality team. Customers don’t need to be too involved with Under Reality’s work.

I’m the operational director of Jibe Lighting, we are one of the largest B2B custom LED manufacturers based in the Netherlands.

During our expansion to the broader European market we experienced issues with the software we currently use, more specifically in relation to the finance tools. We found they were ineffective and time-consuming. Therefore, we needed new systems in place to spend less time these tools, and instead on other aspects of the business.

Through research, we found Under Reality excels in the tech marketing industry, we heard excellent reviews of the company and their experience with large international brands was very appealing to us. Their knowledge of the tech market could help us deploy the latest software, easily and efficiently to achieve the most seamless results.

After contacting Under Reality, we had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and what we hope to achieve. From there, the team got to work delivering mock-ups of what they thought would fit our company best in terms of the tools we use. Once agreed, we began to implement the software chosen, they were extremely helpful with any queries we had as we were new to this form of technology.

We worked with six people overall, two points of contact, and the others were developers and designers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our new tools, we were easily able to use them in an effective and user-friendly way. Since this, we have freed up valuable time to focus on other projects and feel more confident about our systems to rely on.

Their managing style was fantastic, we were in constant contact with the team and had a weekly stand-up to discuss how our project was developing and what feedback we had on it. During the initial deployment, we were unsure on whether the functionality would be able to navigate but with their guidance, it was a seamless transition.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We found their can-do, positive attitude very impressive, no question was ever too much, since day one they guided us through what solutions they believed would help our company and how to use these in the most effective manner. As changing systems can be quite daunting, we were confident they would be able to achieve the best service. No, we have found the transition to another platform seamless.

I actually can't think of something at this moment. Would love to keep on collaborating.
