• Our objectives were very clear but not easy to execute. We needed a UX/UI system that could communicate three distinct offerings without confusion: enterprise-level digitisation pipelines, a self-serve product for ecommerce sellers, and a long-term vision tied to a growing digital object infrastructure. Each of these serves a different audience with different expectations.

U1CORE approached the project with a level of depth that aligned well with how we think internally. They didn’t jump straight into design; instead, they spent time understanding how our platform works across all layers, from enterprise workflows to the simplicity expected in NAK3D Lite. This foundation made a noticeable difference in the quality of the final output.

The scope of their work covered a full UX and UI transformation. They restructured the way our platform communicates its value, starting with clearer segmentation between our services while still maintaining a unified brand experience. For enterprise users, they designed flows that made complex processes like metadata governance, DPP readiness, and multi-platform delivery feel structured rather than overwhelming. For our Lite users, they simplified the journey significantly, focusing on speed, clarity, and ease of use, especially for users who may not have any technical background.

They also created detailed interface systems that visually communicated the relationship between 3D assets and their metadata. This was particularly important for us because the “invisible” data is actually where most of the value lies. Through thoughtful layouts, visual hierarchy, and interaction design, they made this concept much more tangible.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After implementing U1CORE’s work, one of the first things we noticed was how conversations with potential clients changed. Previously, we often had to spend a significant amount of time explaining what we do and why it matters. With the new experience, users began to understand our value proposition much earlier in their journey. Enterprise clients, in particular, were able to engage in more meaningful discussions because they already had a clearer picture of how our pipelines function.

On the Lite side, onboarding became much smoother. Users were able to move from curiosity to actual usage without hesitation, and feedback indicated that the process felt straightforward even for those unfamiliar with 3D or metadata concepts. Internally, our team also benefited from having a more structured interface, as it improved how we present the product during demos and client interactions.

From a project management perspective, U1CORE operated with a strong sense of accountability. Timelines were respected, and when adjustments were needed, they communicated proactively rather than reactively. Their responsiveness stood out; whenever we raised a concern or introduced a new idea, they engaged with it thoughtfully and often elevated it with their own insights rather than simply executing instructions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What we find most impressive is their ability to design for something that doesn’t yet fully exist in the mainstream. NAK3D is not a conventional platform, and it would have been easy to oversimplify or misrepresent it. Instead, U1CORE embraced the complexity and turned it into something structured, usable, and visually compelling without diluting the core idea.

Are there any areas for improvement or something U1CORE could have done differently?

If there is an area where they could refine their approach, it would be in providing more early-stage documentation tailored for internal alignment, especially for teams that are evolving as quickly as ours. While they were always available to support and clarify, having more structured internal guides from the outset would have helped us onboard new team members faster.

Overall, working with U1CORE felt like partnering with a team that genuinely understood both design and product thinking at a deep level. Their contribution has had a lasting impact on how we present, deliver, and scale our platform.
