Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Twenty years of ALL branding and graphic design - both print and web.  Everything from business cards and envelopes to tradeshow backdrops and web site.  They designed and produced a gorgeous 132-page 4-color catalog of our scientific instruments.  We made dozens of printed postcards (that were also used for email blasts), online banner ads, flyers, and new product introductions together.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Increased sales of scientific equipment sold to universities and research labs.

Norma and Wenday were always strict about deliverables and timelines.  I never remember them missing a single meeting or deadline in 20+ years. They were always willing to go the extra mile to rush projects or make last-minute changes to keep everyone happy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Wendy and Norma have a fantastic design sense.  They can understand and digest complicated ideas (like our neuroscience research equipment!) and then deliver humorous, timely copy and layouts that are relatable to everyone.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Two Minds Creative could have done differently?

I wish there were three minds like them!

Customer engagement and sales. Also, meeting Design and Production deadlines to ensure that seasonal products arrive in stores on time, and are delivered on budget.

Treated every project with the same amount of urgency and quality. They have high standards and will always be available to any last minute requests.

We work with them remotely. I only wished they were local! They are not only great business partners but are very friendly. They make a great additon to our team.
