Other recruiters seem to have a large pool of candidates in a database that they pull out when you send a job description.  You may received lots of prospectives that you have to sort through and try to piece together a good candidate.  You never get that from #TwiceasNice.  After your first conversation, you know that they listen to exactly what you are looking for in a new hire and begin a fresh search bringing you only the candidates that are perfect for you.  You may only get 1-2 candidates a week, but you can be sure they will be exactly what you are looking for!

The team is extremely helpful but also work hard to understand your company and the needs behind it. We were teamed up with someone who had worke din hospitality in the past (which is where the majority of our recuriting needs came from ) . This helped tremendously.

There have been a few roles that have been tougher to fill where perhaps getting additional team members with that expertise could help in the search. For example, IT roles have been harder to fill.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successfully recruited for 12 of 13 open positions. Were honest with us that they were not confident they could fill the one position - which would have been a difficult hire. Their rates are 1/2 the traditional recruiting firm rates, allowing us to stay well within hiring budgets. If a candidate did not work out within the first 30 days, they immediately found a replacement at no cost.

Katy has done an excellent job during the onboarding phases as well as the recruitment phases of each hire. She schedules a weekly touchbase virtual meeting with the relevant stakeholders to update on the interest in the position, their strategies, suggestions for tweaks to the strategies as needed. She stays in touch between meeting via email and occassionally by phone.

We are always kept up to date on the status of their recruitment efforts. She is professional and very pleasant to work with. She seems to deeply care about the clients she serves. Alden always clarifies exactly the type of candidate and experience we are looking for. In addition, we have never received a candidate that did not meet our base qualifications.

Roughly, 70 - 75% of the candidates submitted to us remain under consideration for the position after our interview process is complete, allowing us to pick the best candidate from the group. We started using #TwiceAsNice because of the price, but we have stayed with them because of their results and the excellent service they have shown us.

Perhaps have a Sales Rep or Account Manager educate us on any additional services they provide, if any. I usually just ask Katy during one of our calls if they can do something out of the ordinary, but if they do offer other services that we might be able to take advantage of, that would be nice to know.
