I’m an admin at Sancta Maria Catholic College of Nursing Sciences. We train students in nursing and midwifery through rigorous academics and hands-on clinical experience, preparing them for successful healthcare careers.

We needed help with web development and digital marketing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Twenty97 Services first built our school’s website. Then, they created and managed our social media presence. Later, we commissioned them to build our e-library and student information management system. We wanted to run our nursing school in one clean portal, including admissions, fees, results, transcripts, and audit trails, all under one institution-branded portal with minimal IT overhead.

We found them through an online search and a referral. Their pricing fit our budget, and they offered good value for the cost. Moreover, they were referred to me, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from April 2022–September 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

All our institution’s processes are now digitized, from applications to fees and results. For example, prospective students usually have to visit the school to purchase their application form. Now, they can do that through the portal and get all the required information via their academic portal.Moreover, we have over 5,000 followers on social media, monthly website visits of over 1,000, and the last pool from our students on the portal use came out all positive.

How did Twenty97 Services perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed by their quality of work, availability, speed, and consistency.
