• Conduct pre-interviews with subject matter experts in preparation for on-camera interviews.
• Capture on-camera interviews and supporting footage of subject matter experts.
• Edit (including color, audio, and music) one 5-minute long video of all interviews to tell one cohesive story.

• Development of content outline, approach, and interviewee questions. 
• Production scheduling and planning (location scouting and pre-interviews). 
• On-screen capture of nine (9) separate interviews with some supporting footage. 
• Two camera setup in each interview. 
• Footage consolidation and delivery, transcription, and drafting of a paper edit. 
• Development of rough cut edit for initial Client review, including music track selection and on-screen graphics recommendations. 
• Revisions and refinements to develop final cut for client approval, including color correct and audio mix. 
• Delivery of one (1) final video with ~5:00 total run time (TRT).

Great understanding of the objectives of the project, professional production environment, superb directorial direction, and a heightened ability to draw out compelling content from the (non-actor) on-screen interviewees.

They were communicative, transparent, and willing to discuss every aspect of the project to client satisfaction. Our expectations were managed and met throughout all stages of the process, with timely and productive responses from start to finish.

PJ has a wonderful ability to connect to the subject being featured and draw out the compelling bits of a story. The on-set atmosphere is calm and controlled, with considerable attention to detail and a collaborative, positive attitude.

Followup services included editing and hosting event recordings for access on demand and internal proof of execution.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

High rate of client satisfaction regarding ROI and attendee feedback, leading to an expanded client base and quantity of event management requests due to client's documented increase in customer retention as a result of implementing these events.

All deliverables were submitted on or ahead of schedule and exceeded expectations on all fronts. Very few revisions or edits to any deliverables were required, but they responded promptly and accurately to any needs or requests we communicated to them.
