I’m the VP of business development of a business solutions firm called Green Leaf Business Solutions.

What challenge were you trying to address with Twenty Twenty Investment Advisors?

We wanted to offer 401(k) to our clients, but we needed a financial advisor partner for that.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Twenty Twenty Investment Advisors is providing financial advice for us. After talking to them for a year trying to put this all together, we figured out that we had the right professional people to make this happen. Their efforts involve doing annual reviews and enrollment meetings, among other tasks.

We work with around three members of their team, and Josh (Director of Financial Planning) is our main point of contact.

They were referred to us at a trade show.

How much have you invested in them?

We started working together in October 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.

We’ve spent around $25,000 with them so far.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to their work, we’ve been able to get a lot of people to participate in our 401(k) enrollment meetings to start putting money away.

How did Twenty Twenty Investment Advisors perform from a project management standpoint?

They do a great job with project management; all administration, deadlines, and compliance matters have been well handled. In terms of tools, we use Microsoft Teams, email, and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their professionalism and expertise are outstanding — they know their stuff in terms of financial advising.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They tend to go at a moderate pace because they’re very risk-averse, which is great, but sometimes we’d like to move a little bit quicker on certain things.

Be very clear with your goals and establish deadlines to move forward.
